You pass the derelict palace on the way to Metalia Beach it is such a shame it is going to ruin. It must have been a lovely building.

Second time to Limenaria, and the Palataki (small palace) just draws you in. You must visit this place, it states you cannot enter, however if your careful you will be fine, just watch the holes and don’t use the fantastic wooden staircase at the end....More

I am guessing Limenaria municipality. It looks kind of deserted so I am guessing it is not privately owned.
