Easier to go there by car but possible to also get to the city by bus and then have a short walk about 20min and then through the filed with suger plantation. Near the entrance there is also temple and duty free shop with helpful stuff and good prices and interesting products (not so popular). Vanilla park - many visitors... More

Hello AlekaKPL, Thank you for your review, we really appreciate it. We are happy that you had a nice time with our giant tortoises. Concerning the crowd, maybe it was during the feeding time as we usually get a lot of people at this time or maybe we had school bus also. Thanks once again. See you soon, The Marketing... More

It is really worth going there because of the turtles. We have seen monkeys, birds etc. elsewhere before. But if you have never touched a turtle.... Don't forget to put in Moskito spray in your bag.

The Tortoises are the most interesting in the park, but it is nice to spend a couple of hours walking around in the shade, looking at the Giant bamboos.. there are also crocodiles, but in they are a bit difficult to see, due to old fencing..

You really go here just of one thing: to meet the giant turtles and boy do you get to meet them!! When you go in to them in their part of the park they are everywhere and are absolutely not shy and "runs" away. You can buy branches of tree to feed them with and it is really worth doing... More

My 4yearold really enjoyed the Park and I must admit so did I. Crocodiles and fruit buts rule but the rest is also worth paying a visit. The Park is not a zoo and it's the main plus of this place. You can enjoy natural (almost ;-)) forrest and observe animals in their (almost natural ;-)) environment.

No good for the rest of the animals. Saw injured monkeys and bats! Small cages! :( but the turtles are awesome! That would have been enough!

Very natural place. Lots of crocodiles. Nice, tranquil, aqatic environment well intergrated in the fauna and flora redesigned by man. But very well done. Best ever crocodile steak. Best ever food! Rs 800 served with chips and salad. One of the best park in mauritius. Very well maintained. Keep up the good work mauritius!
