Nice stop to see one of the oldest fountains in Minas. It still contains some religious images which makes it unique. Locals have superstition about drinking from each one of the three spouts. There's a short hike behind the fountain that leads to the water...More

Virtually abandoned. There is no water in the pipes. Access is impossible for the car. Impossivel for handicapped who is using crutches or wheelchair. There is an open sewer where once was a stream.

The fountain is nice but what is still nicer is the walk that starts from it and goes up to the source. There are monkeys frolicking above the walkers' heads. It is fun.
