These 'outlets' are more expensive than the brand shops in Tokyo. Don't waste a trip. Just buy in the bigger cities. Only good thing was the view of Mt Fuji.

One of the lousiest premium outlet that i have visited. Not a huge variety and the price is also premium prices... not cheap at all... also have to travel hours from Tokyo to this outlet. Not worth the effort and the traveling time..

Over 200 shops most of which are famous brands, it is certainly worth giving it a try. However, the prices are not all that cheap compared to annual sales I found back home in Australia.
