A bit hidden in Lumio - on the road between L’Ile-Rousse and Calvi – this bio wine house is producing excellent wines. After a bumpy ride from the main road through the vineyards, you get to a modern and arty tasting area where the tasting (and buying) can be done at the reception. We were especially impressed by the different good quality rosés. The biggest part of their yearly production stays within the Corsican island and we indeed found their wines back on the wine card of some respected restaurants in Calvi and Ajaccio. We came here on a group tour from our cruise and had wine tasting and some light snacks. The wine was good, and it was nice to taste some local grapes. We left with a couple of bottles of their reserve wine.

I love a visit to the place where the owners show how passionate they are about their products. This certainly was the place to help me celebrate being 60 years old ! The young lady whose English was good, helped us to enjoy the different types of wine and understand the grape types. The top lady was very happy that we enjoyed their products and we came away feeling pampered and special. So go and enjoy this special Corsican place - we did !!! Thank you Clos Culombu - a memory I shall treasure forever XxX…

Christine looked after us so well when we went fat biking at the vineyard. Two lovely puppies greeted us and the mules and donkeys look so content.

We found the wines to be excellent and the facility fascinating. It's a family run winery and they give a great tour of wine making in Corsica.
