A very windy day didn't deter us from venturing along the pier, it was worth it for the fabulous views of the beach, and the surfers seeking a few waves.

It's a great place to visit. We headed there when the sky was blue and the sea was calm. It's got lovely views and there's really nothing quite like eating fish and chips on a bench at the end of a pier. It was a chilly day but if you wrap up it really doesn't matter much. All in all... More

A lovely pier and great to see all the surfers as the waves get pretty big in this part of the coast. The views are great and the little arcade isn't too big and my boys loved the various different games. The place was spotless and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Right under the cliff lift the pier is free to walk although very exposed in storms. Great views of Huntcliff and Saltburn.

The Pier is only just over 700ft long and only takes a couple of minutes to walk to the end. There is no building or form of shelter at the seaward end so on a breezy day... More

Not a lot you can say about a pier. Its been a round for many years and is a lot shorter than it used to be. Nice to walk along when not a breezy day

Had a nice stroll during quite a windy day. Very bracing. Should imagine it would be a nice stroll when the weather is warmer

Always worth the stroll out even in strong winds. Great views of Saltburn and Huntcliff where the excellent NY clifftop walk starts.
