Visit this harbour. Genuine working harbour. Fish being landed. Trawlers gearing up. Great feeling of the sea and the fishing industry.

Truly fab part of the South East coast, great walks by the sandbanks (but lots of litter/sea debris) towards the Norman Way. Stick to the amazing beach to the left of the harbour, for dog owner's; we could only find ONE litter bin...but otherwise beautiful,...More

Lovely relaxing harbour with a nice walk along the side of it. Seals often swimming in waiting for fish as fishing boats dock.

It was late in the afternoon, several young families present. We enjoyed walking the pier and looking out on the water. Fishing boats had come in for the day. Seagulls were entertaining.

Park the car and just go for a walk along the promenade, even with some wind coming in you feel great afterwards . During the week you can enjoy the activity from the fishing boats .

There's free Car parking and toilets nearby, to the west, with a safe beach/ strand to the east, used for swimming & sunning. Take the short and worthwhile walk to the petite Memory Garden to the west. If your not moved..... reconsider your luck. The...More

The quay is a very quiet, almost could be viewed as a backwater but the quiet seeps into you and you can't help but feel relaxed. The village is full of the expected thatched cottages - good photo opportunities, but also great places to eat....More

Nice place to get away from it all I stayed at Harbor Lights BnB. A delightful place, ate dinner at the local pub and went fishing with the locals.
