We are coming to Las Galeras Feb. 24th for a week and staying with our friend Mark Biffle and his wife. We have been to Las Galeras before and did a little snorkelling. As we are guests of Mark this time I do not like to book anything ahead of time, but I would love to go snorkelling nearby. I am not a diver, but I love to snorkel. I could stop in once we get there as we are there for a week/
