Stumbled on this after coming out of the main Fredericksburg park. Lovely, well kept if a little small. Actually found this more enjoyable than the city's main botanical garden in it's current state. Couple nice ponds and feature garden rooms. Definitely worth seeing.

Nice little garden to visit during summer time, and worth taking a hour off to chill down. Small landscapes and sceneries and very romantic. Not for wild kids, but good for younger teens to cool down after a cry trip.

The garden was founded in 1929. The rose garden is a magic experience, - bring a book, your weekend newspaper or just hang out with the birds and the trees and the flowers and enjoy the peace and calm. A nice café sells snacks, refreshments and warm beverages.

If you're visiting Fredericksberg Have (which I highly recommend) it is certainly worth popping into this little garden next door- very pretty!

Haveselskabs Have is a hidden gem that many people have never heard of. Placed right next to Frederiksberg Gardens main entrance, this "mini park" is often forgotten but in my opinion it is the most beautifull spot in the gardens. I even got married here in 2013. The park is open all year round, but if you can got visit... More

A lovely oasis in the city with beautiful nature and many birds to enjoy. Peaceful and we'll maintained, very popular among the Copenhagen inhabitants to walk around on the weekends.

A smaller garden beside the large Frederiksberg Have.It is too small for the motionists and therefor left for us thinkers and seekers of peace. Take a seat under the old tree by the lilypond or enjoy the early sun on the bench overlooking the water basin .A great place to spend some time with a good book or just let... More

Staying in Frederiksberg

Neighbourhood Profile
Located between Noerrebro and Vesterbro you’ll find Frederiksberg, which is actually a municipality in itself but completely surrounded by Copenhagen. Here there are several fine theaters, from the experimental to the great Det Ny Teater (The New Theater) which specializes in transcribing the great London and New York musicals into Danish, and has done so for several years with huge success. In Frederiksberg you’ll find Denmark’s most beautiful (and expensive) city villas. These 4-5 square miles form the Beverly Hills of Copenhagen. Here you’ll also find Frederiksberg Have (Garden) which sports huge outdoor concerts, from classical to electronic dance music. To top it off, dining options range from cozy family restaurants to some of the area’s most trendy cafés.
