Nice palace, well done restored. Beautiful park. But you need to pay 2 admission tickets. One of them is 1000 rubles, for the palace interior, bit pricey considering there is no English guide or descriptions. Russian people pay 700 rubles and they have free guide....
One the best places to visit in St. Petersburg. It is just beautiful. We went in October and it was incredibly crowded. Full of people and tours, we hated that part. It was easy to get there, Uber is cheap from the metro station.

I like English Garden which was designed by Charles Cameron. Everything is the sheer size. it is more than 1000 acres and gold, gold. The golden mirror room is superb.
Wonderful architecture and enjoyable to peruse with a ticket of course. No cameras allowed. A view of russian history worth seeing.
