My family did the helmet diving after looking into it online. I will have to say that it more than lived up to our expectations. The coral, the fish and the whole experience were breathtaking. Gregg and Ben were great, both very knowledgeable and very...More

If you are traveling to Bermuda, DO NOT MISS this amazing experience. It is unlike anything else you've ever experienced. It's easy and nothing scary and I can't even swim! Greg & Ben are pro's and they go above and beyond to make you feel...More

Nike!!! Thanks RK, not only for the 5 star rating and the positive review, but also for being a return customer. Nevertheless, I will not be able to afford the payments on my Lamborghini if you only return every 18 years. LOL We cancelled yesterday...More

My fiance and I got off of the boat and both said, "I'm not sure if I can think of anything else that I've done that was cooler than that." It was really an extraordinary, once in a lifetime experience. Greg was so helpful and...More

Gregg and Ben were great hosts and were amenable to all ages. I went with family and friends and had a wonderful time. As a past scuba diver it was amazing for me and my non scuba family to be able to share the wonders...More

Thanks Andrew for the review and the 5 star rating. It is very satisfying to me, when scuba divers are pleased with our tour. When non-swimmers or folks who have never been underwater before, enthuse about our trip, it is nice, but the bar is...More

Sorry if I've offended any scuba divers! I'm not a strong swimmer but the rest of my family is, and so the undersea walk seemed like a great way for us to experience the same underwater interaction with fish without my having to struggle to...More

Great excursion. Greg is so informative and funny. My kids 10 and 8 loved it. Up close and personal with the fish, what more can u ask for? Highly recommended

Mr. Hartley was familiar with individual fish so you can GENTLY touch them, (no fast movements). He even had "Diana" the angel fish trained to swim through a hoop=adorable! If you didn't get a chance to book this trip, you'll have to come back!

WOW! What an unforgettable and beautiful excursion! While in Bermuda on a girls trip my friends and I decided to book this excursion because we were looking for something out of the box. I have a major fear of swimming in ocean water (I think...More

Wow, Valerie! Your response certainly supports the truth in statement that you get out of this what you put in. Your feelings of apprehension made you feel that you were doing something more dangerous than it actually was. Thanks you for having such an awesome...More

Hartley Helmet Diving is a fantastic experience! Greg is "in control" the whole time, and monitors everyone like a mother hen. You go out about two miles from the Royal Naval Dockyard to a barrier reef. Once there, Greg takes small groups on a 30-45...More

Thanks Paul for adding to the chorus of 5 star ratings we seem to have had recently. Like I mentioned before, the nitrous oxide seems to be working very well. Being in control does minimize the risk that people will go off on their own...More

This is entirely unique - never seen anything else like it. Our family of 4 (kids 10&8) all went on this trip and had an amazing time. Greg Hartley (the Captain) is an eccentric character who has an obvious passion for teaching people about the...More

Thanks Ian for the 5 star review and all the positive comments. I guess the nitrous oxide supplementing the regular air pumped down to our divers is working. If we switch to hydrogen sulfide then some may say our tour stinks. It pleases me, and...More

This is science 101. The air, which is lighter than water, goes up. It is cupped inside the helmet. It is opposite to how a glass of water works. If you have a hole in the bottom of your glass, or a hole in the top of your... More
