Not a bad price for a three course dinner and a show. Our host was attentive, the surroundings pleasant and the show a little risque. Thumbs up

It was our first time to a Burlesque Club and the reviews of the Cabaret Club in South Melb seemed promising. We chose the Saturday night show as the most tame. It was hands down one of the funniest and most entertaining 3 hours of my life. WE booked without dinner but ended up ordering food which was fantastic, some... More

I have to say that I loved it. I loved the show and the food, dips and bread and great hot chocolates and great tasting food. Had dinner before going, so this wasn't main meal food, but great. The entertainment was soooooo good, décor was great, I'd recommend The Bohemia club to anyone, great! It was $28 for 2 of... More

I went on a Thursday at the show was excellent. The performers were top class, and decor of the place is great, the food and drinks were good too. I will be back!

I've never been to a cabaret club before, but had heard great things about Bohemia so a friend and I went along to the Black Sunday show. We didn't eat here (though I sort of regretted that once I saw other patrons meals - nom!) However we did have a Roxanne cocktail each - so good!!! The show was confronting... More

What a fabulous place! Great atmosphere, helpful staff and wonderful entertainment! We went on a sat night with friends and found it very refreshing that although busy, it was not too noisy that you couldn't have a conversation....the entertainment and audience participation was fabulous...have not laughed that much in a long time! There were 5 of us and we were... More

I bought vouchers on Groupon for this Cabaret show, I wasn't sure what to expect, never having been before. We were pleasantly surprised, this is a fun night out for adults only! Narrow-minded people should not consider going! The entertainers are professional and fabulous. The food was a bit of a let down, it was very slow coming out and... More

went to the Black Sunday show not knowing what to expect, but thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a confronting show, however they are very good at warning you that it is not for everyone. Theatre is very well decorated and has a well stocked and reasonably priced bar. Would definately go to this theatre again, they have lots of different... More

A night out at Bohemia last Saturday did not disappoint! Excellent service, great show and the food is amazing.....the best Pork Belly I've had! The meals are on the small side (our lovely waitress told us this beforehand), but they more than make up for it in taste; and you don't go hungry - we had an entree and main... More

Staying in South Melbourne

Neighbourhood Profile
South Melbourne
South Melbourne hosts the city’s oldest continuous market, founded in 1867. Rows of neatly arranged fruit, vegetables and flowers splash yellows, greens and reds along the entire perimeter, where the whole neighbourhood gathers for Saturday feasts. Inside the hall, shoppers hover over the mouth-watering displays of delicatessens and specialty food shops. Further in, a bazaar full of giftware, clothing, and kitchen utensils completes the scene. Take a break to walk the wide and shady streets and stroll along the Victorian-era heritage terrace houses. But return to the market in time for some paella, simmering in three large frypans on the footpath and served straight onto your plate.
