This is a really amazing adventure. We toured up and down the river. We saw too many birds to mention, but the outstanding ones were the Boat Billed Heron, the Roseate Spoonbill and Mangrove swallows. And Crocodiles.

This was a fun cruise. We saw 20 bird species, including the rare and beautiful turquoise motmot. Plus reptiles large and small. Our local guide spoke excellent English and was interesting. I was there with a Caravan tour.
