Have you ever tried drinking a cactus?

Don’t miss this special experience when you’re on Bonaire! The Cadushy Distillery produces something you would have never imagined: excellent liqueur, made out of cactus.

Entrance to the Cadushy Distillery including a tour with explanation of the process and including the tasting of their liqueurs is entirely free! The only thing you need to bring is your good mood ;-)

We went as couples and enjoyed the tastings and information. It is interesting how they make the cadushy liquor. Mike was very knowledgeable. A fun thing to do and get some history of the island at the same time.

Easy place to stop for a quick visit. Very friendly service. Unique liqueurs. Very good spirits. We taste tested everything. We went on the "tour" which is a short walk from the tasting bar and you stand at a counter looking through a window and look at the entire operation. It is so small and very impressive. We enjoyed our... More

On May 10, we cruised into Bonaire for the first time. We checked out a lot of information before our trip, and learned about the Cadushy Distillery on TripAdvisor reviews. What a super find and definitely a must-visit location! We were lucky to connect with Eric Gietman, the managing director/owner, who also recommended using Stanley Balentin as our cabdriver, and... Stopped here as part of an island tour. This is a friendly little place. It has a unique charm and they give samples of there liquor. spend a little time here and try some of the great ice cold cocktails the bar tenders are ready to make for you. You will be surprised they got this from a cactus

My husband & I stopped here on our vacation to Bonaire. We started our tour of the island by hiking through Washington National Park checking out flamingos, all sorts of other birds & cactus. It was hot! The Cadushy Distillery was the perfect place to have a refreshing drink, quite a few taste tests and learn about their distillery. It... More

One of the things the Caribbean is noted for is...rum. And Cadushy Distillery makes rum, whiskey, vodka and now Tequila like no other in the world let alone any other distillery. I recently visited Bonaire for my eighth year in a row. Cadushy has become a tradition of my visit to the island for the last four years. The distillery... More

Had a great time in our last visit at the Cadushy Distillery. Took a tour of their operations, tasted several of their liquors, and left with a bottle of their Reserve Rum which went well with our drinks the rest of our stay. Great owners that are personable and staff that took the time to tell us about their drinks.... More

My husband, baby, and I stopped at the distillery during a day of driving around Bonaire last week. It was a fun stop. We enjoyed learning how the liqueur is made and why each one is flavored as it is. My husband tasted the other liquors and especially liked (and purchased) the rums, as well as a cocktail of the...
