The staff and guides at Centro Noleggio Bike were fantastic! They were very responsive and helpful while we were setting up the bike tour and arranging one additional bike rental. The bike tour was more difficult than expected, but they were encouraging throughout, and the bike rental drop off and pick up process was convenient and painless, and the pricing was very reasonable.

Our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 teens) took a wonderful ride with Andrea and his colleague, Alessandro, on mountain bikes through Tuscany. It was a demanding ride -- a little too challenging for our group! -- but Andrea quickly changed the itinerary to make it a little easier and more appropriate for our ability. Our guides could not have been more encouraging or supportive, cheering us on as we climbed hills, and cautioning us about any potential dangers in the road. Our rental bikes were in excellent condition, and Andrea came to pick us up at our villa. At the conclusion of our ride, they treated us to lunch in a lovely little town.

We met our guide, Andrea, outside our condo in Loro Ciuffenna. He was awesome. We biked up the mountain toward a small town called Anciolina and when I say up a mountain, it was literally up a mountain. We climbed from 300 meters to 990 meters in about 3 hours. The views were breath taking and Andrea encouraged us the whole way up even lending a hand when possible. Our trip down was much easier and we flew back down in about 40 minutes. It was the best ride of my life and I couldn't recommend Andrea more!!
