If you are near Poppi, Italy in the tuscan countryside, this castle is worth the visit. It offers great views of the surrounding hills and towns from the castle grounds. The inside of the castle will not disappoint.

The castle was in good shape and the audio guide was useful. The story behind Lady Matilda kept our 2 pre-teens spooked. The climb up the tower was worth the view. Fun was had by the whole family.
