Beach

Full of sun beds so difficult to move about but sea was beautiful as were the views. Ideal setting if you have the weather

The area is not to bad with some luxury villas and hotels along the beach where there is a decent grassed area further along towards where the cliffs start there is a very narrow short sandy bit On the main front roadside there are numerous bars and restaurants serving decent food and not to expensive also a few take aways

I prefer staying in part of the beach in front of Chandris hotel because of beautiful green lawn and natural shade but beach is very long with lot of restaurant and sunbeds.

Having read a number of reviews on this beach I wondered if everyone was reviewing the same place. I had the misfortune to be dropped off here on the advice of a TC rep looking for a beach for my 3 boys. I realise it is the end of the season but what I found here was truly shocking. Hypodermic... Seemed very abandoned and run down, might have been due to the fact it was near the end of season. The hotels on the beach didn't look that nice and some areas of the beach seemed dirty. We went for the day to sunbathe, walked up and down the beach and decided to leave and go back to our hotel... More

Shingle beach, small but quaint. Watersports avaiable. Reasonably priced. Beautiful beach side restaurants available for you to use, very reasonably priced. It's just so pretty and relaxing on the beach with warm crystal clear waters.

A fantastic place to swim although painful to walk along in bare feet! The water is lovely and clear and there is sand just away from the shore. You can comfortably sunbathe and relax although the beach is small and gets busy. The area is a bit run down but okay.

We could not recommend this beach. It is stony, not clean, and small - yes there are longer stretches, still stony, but too near the major Chandris Hotels, with far too many people for the narrow strip available.

Horrible pebbly beach and nothing to do in dassia only a handful of restaurants take the bus to sidari or corfu town, we had the free car hire with a €300 deposit so we decided against it ( nearly every car we saw had no wing mirrors or bumpers) because the driving is chaotic we took the bus and felt... Shingle beach which is difficult to walk on whilst barefoot. Reasonable priced loungers €3 each for the whole day when we visited. No tide so you can stay at the waters edge all day. Water sports available, para gliding, banana boats, jet skis and boat hire. Lovely clear, warm water. Loved it!!
