I wanted a day of art, didn't know a lot about Magritte and this was a perfect first exposure. If you think you're going to want to visit more than one - buy the combination ticket that includes (Magritte, Oldmasters and Fin-de-Siècle).

My friend and I spent a very long time in the Magritte museum. We didn't know anything about him beforehand and left feeling well educated and absolutely in love with his works and his family life.

If you are interested in a very comprehensive retrospective on the life of Rene Magritte this is the best museum in the world to visit. It has photos, newspaper clippings, paintings, drawings and so much more. Plan on spending a few hours.
