Very knowledgeable, gave us realistic expectations, and was always making sure we were happy and enjoying the day. Great for small groups as his shuttle has plenty of space for a group. And expert wildlife spotter, not just a driver. During the hot springs and volcano tour, he took pics, and offered details all along the way. We stopped for lunch, which was nice! - Karen S1 contributionThe W recommended Rigo to us. We found him on the beach. He set us up with two tours. One to the night turtles and the other for a catamaran sunset cruise. Both tours were great. They both met our expectations and everything was smooth from our pick up to our drop off. We even needed to make a cancellation for one person the day of the tour due to illness. Rigo gave us a full refund.
