I booked 5 days of 3 hours morning ski lessons with Niseko Black. The whole booking process was very smooth. They allow cancellation with full refunds up to one week before the lessons which I think is very fair. But the best thing is I had a very good ski instructor. Her name is Tatyana. She is a younger instructor but very competent. She identified issues that needed to be worked on, helped me improve my skiing over the few days. I have made significant progress and have more confidence in my skiing. Thank you Tatyana.
I also want to thank others who wrote reviews on TripAdvisor. It was the good reviews from the website caused me to choose Niseko Black for ski lesson.

07 January 2023: The funniest and most memorable snowshoes I have done! The guide and his lovely photograph were so nice! We walked to the Hangetsu lake. Beautiful view, fun games along the way! Beautiful pictures of this day were share later! Really recommend it! Thank you again for the day!

I was lucky to have Tom as my guide and fellow photographer for this half day visit. Actually he was my teacher and from him I gained lots of useful tips. His expertise of the area was great so we could visit some beautiful locations by van. No skiing was required today so people with no skiing skills, like me, could still enjoy the snow access this fantastic day. I liked the casual and easy going way the guide had and nothing was a problem, borrowing a lens, stopping for snack, it was all up to me. You will need some good shoes and a coat and of course your camera, but otherwise if you need snow shoes, a lens or a tripod, it will there for you to use. It would have been nice to have a bit more time but the train journey and timetables for the trip back to Sapporo meant the time went too fast! Overall I highly recommend this experience if you like snow and photography.

They delivered to the accommodation one day in advance so everything was settled in the morning and prepared for a perfect start!
With a company of 4 adults and 4 children there were a lot of changes needed to be done both boots and skis! Every time they arrived within 20 minutes after the phone call and were extremely polite and service minded! Couldn’t ask for more!

We signed up for canyoning in summer and didn't expect the weather to drop to 20 degrees on that day of our activity. There were 2 instructors/guides for 7 of us - 4 Japanese and 3 foreigners. Although there was just 4 local Japanese, the instructors/guides mostly converse in Japanese and we were often left in a blank. Whatever was explained in Japanese only trickled down to 20/30% in English. The first guide would explain everything very clearly in Japanese..and then the 4 locals will walk/swim/jump behind him. When it is our turn, the lady guide just said some words and we were expected to just do it.
At the waterfall jump, I slipped and wasn't prepared before I fell off the waters. And my hubby sprained his fingers badly. And yes, we do have a few bruises here and there but I supposed that is quite common..
Most of us are new to such activities and it is important that they give us the proper instructions. This really taught me a lesson to do more research on reviews and request for a good kind speaking instructor if possible.
The activity was fun but the whole event would have been more enjoyable if we were given more guidance and care in English.

We used this company for our Transfer to the airport from Kutchan Town to Sapporo and it was excellent. Driver 5 minutes early, dressed with tie and jacket, helped with luggage, very professional. Car was clean, smelt great, and plenty of room for our luggage. He drove really well, safely and we felt comfortable and reassured at all times. He knew exactly where he was going and wee had a most pleasant journey to end our wonderful holiday. Would only go this way again.

Rude af boomers! Would have given ZERO STRARS if possible, Spent all that money to be talked down to. Never again. Will rent from Chitose Airport for my future trips. The Japanese may not speak English well but they sure give better service.
