Katsuomi-san was amazing at every level. The tour unfolded like a perfect piece of origami. It was tailored to meet the expressed needs of my children, wife, and me, and it included visiting temples, cultural sites, and key shopping areas of interest for the kids and my wife. Our perfect introduction to Tokyo even included an amazing dinner with Okonomiyaki that our guide even helped to prepare. Very personable with expert knowledge to explain the historical and cultural elements of our experience. My family and I cannot recommend this service enough.

Tomo was an amazing guide. She is truly a gem. We coordinated through the summer prior to my trip to Japan. She coordinated an entire day of activities with me across the city to hit the main points I wanted to see. We covered a lot of ground. She was even kind enough to answer my basic questions I had upon traveling to Asia for the first time. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to see so many beautiful sites on my own

Areeb our tour guide was SENSATIONAL!!! Kept us informed of our area and history of each site. Very courteous and didn’t laugh as we trudged along. The weather wasn’t very cooperative but again Areeb managed to handle the situation so everything came out in favor. Thank You Areeb!!

Soma was the best! A great guide, and a relaxed and competent driver. His timing was great. We got to see/ do everything that was promised. He was open to our suggestions. And he has a great sense of humor. There were 4 of us, and we all agreed the whole experience was perfect!

This was a really great way to spend an evening in Tokyo and see the city’s spectacular nightscape. From the water, you really do get a fairly glamorous and impressive view of the city’s size. Plus, the whole experience was very relaxing and it was fun to see various landmarks. As someone who kind of dislikes observation towers, but still wanted to appreciate Tokyo’s expanse of lights, this boat trip was a perfect compromise. Plus, it was super relaxing and the experience had zero hassle.

Crew was very helpful and would often approach to provide neat information or point out areas/sights. Drinks are available on board for purchase. They play jazz over the speakers for the trip’s duration, which generally adds to the relaxing nature of the whole thing.

The boat consists of two decks, with the top deck being open air and really nice. Theres limited seating up there though, so keep that in mind. If I was mobility impaired and stuck on the bottom, enclosed deck for the trip, I probably would not have enjoyed the cruise much.

One of our favorite places we visited in Japan was the Toyosu fish market. Thanks to our wonderful guide Emi the trip was truly unforgettable. Not only was she very knowledgeable about the history and details of Toyosu but she was also able to acquire tickets for us to see the tuna auction from up close. This observation point would have otherwise been impossible for us to get to since you have to win the tickets in a lottery.
After the auction was over, Emi showed us a delicious and authentic sushi restaurant on the other side of the market. The sushi was very fresh and tasted amazing.
After that we visited Tsukiji market, where we saw lots of different stands selling all manner of different food, Japanese pottery, knives and other things. Emi knew the market very well and could give us excellent recommendations for everything.
We highly recommend a tour with Emi to anyone who loves sushi and would like to see the tuna auction.

Sean absolutely made our trip to Tokyo. He was an excellent guide and we had a fantastic morning spent exploring Tsukiji Market with him. He was incredibly knowledgeable and knew all of the best stalls to stop at - including (by far) the best Wagyu Beef I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this tour and Sean! A highlight of our time in Tokyo for sure.

Japanese food has incredible variety and Tokyo is confusing to get around, it was great to have Yasu helping to navigate both and throw in a bit of history as well. We had a very hot humid day for our tool but Yasu didn't flag or let us slack. It was a lot of walking and not much sitting but I'm 70 and kept up.
A positive was the variety of eating experiences from street food to bars.
A negative was that yasu isn't a foodie and so there wasn't much depth about the food we were sampling

I was on a solo trip in Japan and my first stop was Tokyo. I'd wanted a quick and easy way to see a lot of the city, and e-biking was it. I arrived at the office to find out that the other group(s) of people cancelled, so I'd have a solo tour. I was introduced to my tour guide, Take-san, and he showed me a map of the city and we talked through what I might like to do/if I wanted a different path given that I was the only one going on the tour. We decided to change it up a bit based on what I'd done the day before.

Take-san took me around the city and was very patient and knowledgable throughout. He showed me different areas, and we had time in a few of the temples and touristy areas. He'd stop whenever he wanted to point out something of interest (he asked my interests throughout), whether it was a shrine, restaurant, garden, etc., which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this tour as a great way to see different areas of the city and learn a bit in the process.

I also want to note that if you're an American reading this, there's no reason to be scared biking through Tokyo. I do not bike on the streets where I live, but both the pedestrians and drivers in Tokyo are extremely respectful and courteous. I did not feel unsafe at all, even when going through very busy areas.
