The beach is quite clean, except for the seaweeds that were washed ashore which had yet to be cleaned up. One good thing is that you can also access the beach in the nearby villa areas situated in the same compound.

The main swimming pool may not be very big, but it has a relatively spacious children pool. There is even an area for playing water polo.

What a find. Having played a number of golf courses in the Bintan/ Batam area...this by far and away the best.
Travel from Singapore is from the Tanah Merah ferry terminal...which to be honest is the only downside as its a little isolated and can be difficult to get a cab home.
Ferry takes about 45 mins....and from then on your clubs are handled by the club rep. Bus to the golf club...nice changing facilities and bar area...with a hotel above the clubhouse which I may well use at some stage for a long weekend.
On to the course....a stunning course...with a good test of golf....and a lot of water and forest to keep you on your toes. Fairways were well maintained and greens were good...slowed by heavy rain in out case. Caddy was super helpful....and corrected some of the reads on greens...thank goodness. Holes 7..8..9 are fabulous....stunning views...the short 9th the best of all....
Watch out for the monkeys and the snakes!!!
Food at clubhouse was simple and tasty...as was the beer.
    We will be back.

Great experience and good service. Staff were very accommodating to our needs and even helped us plan our time so we get to enjoy to the fullest and in time for our departure ferry. They also worked very well with our hotel on all the arrangements as well. Thank you! Will come back again

Marine Life Discovery Park is a new attraction in Bintan that was opened in Oct 2019. Very well maintained park. From entrace, we were greeted by smiley receptionists that explained the inclusions in the entrance fees. Adult IDR 150,000, Child IDR 100,000. Which equates to SGD15 and SGD10 respectively however they only accept IDR but take major credit cards.

We got free guided tour by Verdy as part of the freebies during soft opening. He took his time to walked us through all attractions and shared his knowledge about each animals and their interesting facts.

Firstly, we walked through ECO Sanctuary to learn about the two species of turtles they have and you can feed the turtles for IDR 30,000 as part of their conservations donation. Yuyun spent her time to demonstrate how to pat the turtles and explained the harmful effects of plastic rubbish in the ocean that often was mistaken as jellyfish by the turtles as food and causing death. Interesting facts, all the turtles in the sanctuary are females and asked the friendly guide for reason.

ECO LIFE BOARDWALK is where you can meet mangroves animals eg sea hawk, monitor lizard, mud crabs, python and mudskippers. Kids will be fascinated with their magic aquarium where you can put your hands magically into the tank to feel the fishes and the water will not flow out. SEA And TOUCH POOL was manned by Gunawan on that day. He is very good with kids and spent time encouraging my girl to come in the pool to have close encounter with the star fish, sea cucumber, fishes and baby shark.

Kids can snorkel in KIDS EXPLORER which is about 1metre deepest to meet different species of fishes and star fish. Bigger kids can venture to MARINE ODYSSEA to snorkel and swim with over 70species of fishes. Try your luck to spot the 50kgs Grouper that like to hide among the rocks and coral. Unfortunately, the SHARKY SHORES and RAY DISCOVERY is not operational yet during our visit in January 2020.

The Marine Cafe, served mouth watering local and western food. We ordered Ayam Penyet, Satay Ayam and kids meal chicken bento. They taste good and price cheaper than the two hotels nearby.

We spent more than 3hours enjoying each attractions. The park fees is well worth it for their conservation effort and awareness programme they bring to the visitors. The family of Marine Life Discovery Park especially Yuyun, Verdy and Gunawan had presented a memory of lifetime for us today. Thank you. We will definitely come back again.

Clear blue water with lots of family friendly activities. We arrived at the reception and rented an electric bike (return same day by 6pm) and kayak for 1hr. You can check with the receptionist the package activities available or just select whatever that suit your needs. They accept card payment or cash.

There was also an independant operator for the floating water adventure park and you pay directly to the vendor (take note that YouTrip card is not able to transact for now according to the merchant. So bring along cash to pay if you want to play this.)

If you stay at the resort, you will be able to get discount for the ticket price.

Overall we spent half a day there and totally enjoyed overselves. Treasure Bay can send you back to the resort in a buggy is you stay at Anmon or Nantra.

Surprise course is still kept in good condition. Can understand restaurant at club house is closed and food takes 45 mins from Cassia Hotel. Staff are helpful and Smiling at all times.
Due to hot weather should provide 2 bottles of drinking water instead on only 1 . 😄😄

The place is great and nice but sadly only spa place, and some floaties shop is open. Hope it can be restored soon.
If you need to go on toilet, the toilet is clean enough to go :)

My friend and I visited the eco farm with a guide (we could have actually done without - he didn't really explain a lot or give history of the animals in the park....) The area is huge but there weren't many animals to see, though the bears and snakes were pretty cool. It is kinda sad to see the tiny spaces that the animals live in, without much activity. They pretty much chill all day, I guess it's good they don't have 'animal shows' cos that would be horrible! You'll be done in an hour, probably less if you're getting around in the buggy (it can be very hot)

Started the spa experience with a welcome drink and food scrub while enjoying the breathtaking view of the South Sea view from the room. Our therapists: Santa and Rima were polite, caring and give a great full body massage. Before we leave the spa, we were served Indonesian traditional small bite karedok and warm ginger tea. Great service, great experience and fantastic view 👍🏻😍

An experience we will remember forever! We were staying at another hotel on the island so booked the Half Day Spa tour. A super nice driver picked us up, we took the little canoe ride to the spa (which is a series of huts on stilts in the water - so cool), had excellent 90 minute massages, had lunch (pizza was delicious) and were dropped back at the hotel. So quaint, remote and special. Highly recommend!

Club Med Bintan is a magical resort on the Bintan Island 1 hr by ferry from Singapore.

Pros: Meals….out of this world. All you can drink package is fine, just don’t expect top shelf. The circus school for kids and kids clubs is top notch. The beach….JUST WOW, with snorkeling only 10m out on the left side. Lush estate with monkeys and lots of coconut trees. Staff lovely and very friendly.

Cons: Rooms are a bit dated (like most Club Meds)….when we arrived roof one room was leaking but they fixed it quickly. Pool is not giant (like most Club Meds) but is fine.
