We got married here and had a wonderful day.

We had a rather unusual reception and the venue was very accommodating to our needs, we really appreciated their flexibility when bad weather meant that our plans had to change at the last minute.

There were one or two areas that they could have done better, but they were receptive of our feedback.

We have very special memories of our day, which would not have been possible without the can-do attitude of the venue. Thank you very much!

Having visited ponteland soft play yesterday i was really dissapointed by my experience. I attended with my two grandchilren aged 3 and 1 and found every table round the soft play was full. on enquiring at reception why this was i was told a private party was being allowed to overrun by fifteen minutes consequently everyone that had booked the 1.30 session had to stand until the party group ambled out.A tanoy announcement was supposed to hurry them along but never happened. Not good customer service. No tables cleaned and mayhem. We will not be returning.

Unfortunately I paid £10 and expected a similar amount of climbing walls as other clip n climb venues. No. Very small. My daughter was bored. They only had 13 walls and out of these 13 walls you would basically climb the same wall but from a different angle so in effect it was something like 6 different walls.
They also had a video wall which costs £2.50 WHY… it’s running anyway, and at other venues it’s free. The staff looked as bored as my daughter. We had the walls to ourselves which did not surprise me because if you had been once you would not go again. I had to list this ClipNClimb venue on tripadvisor before I could leave this review as it was not listed. I did this because if I had read a review beforehand I would of booked another ClipNClimb elsewhere and I wanted to let potential customers know beforehand.
To sum up unless your child is about 5 or 6 you may get away with them coming to such a small place but any older then definitely not, save your money.
