    Very friendly tour guide, highly recommended
    Moka and Yukie are very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour.

    They also were also very friendly towards my 6 year old daughter, chatting with her about Pokémon and keeping her excited on our long ride.

    Highly recommend this interesting and fun tour
    Lena was so knowledgeable about Nagoya and the area, this is more than a street food tour and i would recommend doing it at the start of your trip if possible.
    You will learn interesting facts about the area , local food, and Japanese culture. Leana was generous with her time and answered all our questions.
    The food we sample was all delicious, ( if you do the tour at 11am maybe don't have breakfast) . We found the portion sizes and amount of food tried to be juat right.
    Highly recommend this tour.

    Nagoya October 2022
    Marco was a great host with extensive knowledge of food and drinks. He showed me some interesting parts of Nagoya and took me to his favourite soba restaurant in town. I had a mini sake tasting sessions with Marco which I thoroughly enjoyed. Marco also provided tasty warabimochi for me to take on my hiking tour. Thank you very much!

    Excellent night out
    Had a fantastic night out. Met heaps of people and really got a feel for Nagoya like a local.

    Yama San is the best!
    Yama San is a very good and kind tour guide. When we return to Nagoya we would love to see him again. Thank you Yama San. 100% very good. He explains the tour spots ans never gets tired too.

    Awesome experience! Superb guide!
    We had an amazing tour experience with Matt! He was very knowledgeable and gave many interesting and informative details during our visit to Inuyama Castle, Atsuta Jingu Shrine, and Nagoya Castle. Lunch at the little eatery he chose was very delicious!

    Unforgettable and fun day!
    This city tour was definitely a highlight in my time of staying in Nagoya! My your guide, Maki-san, was the whole package; easy to talk to, cheerful, and knowledgeable about the places we visited, and Japanese culture and history with regards to Nagoya Castle, Owari province, Shinto and Buddhism in Japan for example. The pace was great and I felt taken care of, as the guest. It felt like exploring Nagoya with a friend. I highly recommend this tour! Thank you! ☺

    Nagoya foodie tour
    We had a great time on our food tour with Marco, who showed us what it’s like to eat with the locals.
    He was flexible and tailored the evening to include some dishes we wanted to try, such as eel and steak. Everything was delicious!
    Marco is well travelled and has good knowledge of other countries including Australia. He was very easy to talk to and we would gladly be guided by him again when we next visit Nagoya.

    Nagoya Castle discovery!
    Makoto-San was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the castle and rail museum. He used very good English and will help you understand the right etiquette for the situation you’re in.

    Very Interesting tour with a great english speaking guide
    This tour was a part of a holiday in Japan celebrating my birthday with a visit to the Suzuka F1 GP, we took the tour as we wanted to see more of Japan then just the racing. Our guide was Yumi Ueda from Japan Awaits and she was excellent, very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. This was a private guided tour and fulfilled all our expectations. We would thoroughly recommend Japan Awaits and Yumi-san

    A great start to exploring the city

    Nagoya Castle and city sights visit
    Had a wonderful five hour Nagoya tour with Moka and her apprentice guide as we toured the historic grounds of the 16th Century Nagoya Castle. The stone walls of the moat winding around grounds, although now empty of water, is still an impressive sight. Moka is a great guide, easy to converse with and very good when describing important dates, times and noble positions such as Samauri. From there we took the local train through Nagoya subway, an experience in itself if you've never done it before to downtown Nagoya where we looked at markets and shops of all descriptions, a picturesque watercovered viewing platform and lunch in one of Nagoya's excellent restaurants. Moka was happy to alter plans to take us where my wife and I preferred, her day is flexible depending on client needs. What an excellent day, she's a must to have when sightseeing in Nagoya, highy recommended.

    Great tour with wonderful photos and romance factor
    It was a wonderful private tour that we enjoyed very much. Everything very relaxed. Pickup reliable. A really worthwhile tour with romance factor, which combined very worth seeing places with the transfer from Nagoya to Kanazawa and included for us completely new experiences with really great photos. Thank you for this really beautiful day!

    Private Tour in Nagoya
    Mieko san was our tour guide for Nagoya. She was very knowledgeable in explaining the history of the Nagoya Castle.

    We requested her to bring us at Nagoya’s Shopping District which was located in Osu. Shw showed us the places and cuisines that we should try.

    It’s a plus that she had a trip in our country,the Philippines for a year or two as an exchange student and we had a lot to talk about.

    Nagoya Foodies
    Did the tour with Lena end of December. She was very helpful and manage to be available on very short notice. She brought me to hidden gens around Nagoya, the kind that you have no chance to find by yourself.
    I discovered the endemic meals of Nagoya, the story behind and was given details about Nagoya and Japan history.
    The tour isn't cheap but what your getting is totally worth the money.
    Was full until next morning.
    I had a very good time with Lena and totally recommend doing this tour.
