The view of Tokyo Tower is very nice with its distinct Red and White colour. Lots of nice souvenirs can be bought inside. However, I would discourage you from going to the Top deck as the view is not that impressive. The view of the tower is the best part of coming here and it is free. The Top deck tour costs 3000 yen.

Really enjoyed visiting this temple. The temple itself is nice and the golden decorations are impressive. It is quiet and peaceful and quite big. There is a memorial outside with a large number stone child statues with all their little red bonnets and bibs. There is also a small stone walled garden where there are several notable burials. At the time of our visit there was also an interesting display of art works and a miniature model of a temple in stunning detail. A really good visit.

We went to this park on a whim as we wanted to see Tokyo Tower the night before. After so research online, we saw comments that says the best view of Sky Tower is around the Shiba park area so we came out to see.

Park itself is pretty small but it's open for new views of the Tokyo Tower before walking up to it.

This tranquil corner of the temple complex is an enclosed area with wonderful bronze dragon entrance gates, a place for quiet contemplation. There is a small entrance charge

A quick stop early morning on route to Tokyo Tower. Beautiful temple which is still in daily worship.

    They have a “treasures”
Of section which we didn’t visit as we were too early for opening but will return to!

Not as big as Menju Ji or Senjo Ji (hope I spelt them correctly). But worth a visit just the same.

Really felt fully welcomed and very inspired by the congregation, rector and music for our Easter visit. A great ecclectic mix in the congregation and the Easter trumpets added a great deal. Good sermon, delivered with a US accent no less. Always glad we attend church when we travel, and this is no exception. Would happily come again.

Hi made a few visits to Shiba Park while staying at the Prince Park hotel right on sight - location is great and nice open space, enjoyed the quiet space around the ancient shogun tomb hill. Not that much to see in the Park itself so if pressed for time this is not a must see but is nice green space in the middle of town. The Zijoji Buddhist temple next door IS worth visiting however...

This Shinto Shrine is in Shiba Koen and very close to Zojo-ji Temple. It enshrines the first Shōgun of the Tokugawa Shogunate, Tokugawa Ieyasu

This is part of the Shiba Park area and can be found if you walk from Shiba Park (on your right) and Sakura Dori (on your left) up the hill to the Tokyo Tower you will find this park on your right. Go a little further and you come to Tokyo Tower Dori. It is Japanese inspired (surprise) and has a small waterfall and is very green and lush in summer. Worth a look. This is an older area of Tokyo and you will find much to see around the Tokyo Tower and Shiba Park as well as escaping the high rise into some green.

This place is a mound that is ascribed to the cemetery, and the place is regarded as the area is full of mystery, and is located not far from the Tokyo Tower.

Happened to be right next to my hotel so went past it and take a look for a bit. I'm sure its much more interesting to others, perhaps should have given it more attention. Regardless, a lovely setting and impressive garden surrounding.
