Our guide Kazuki was amazing. Kazuki tailored our experience, prior to starting our tour he confirmed if there was any food allergies and if there was anything that we would not eat. The restaurants he chose were very traditional and he gave us the opportunity to try a variety of foods and drinks that were different and so delicious. Kazuki was very knowledgeable with the history of Omoide Yokocho and surrounding areas. We could not have asked for a better guide. We would like to thank Kazuki so much for making our night special. Thank you Judy and Joseph
We really enjoyed the tour with Atsu! He showed us some nice places, explained well about the food culture and life in Tokyo, and was attentive. Thank you Atsu for a nice evening in Tokyo!
Haseeb was a great guide and worked with us to make a memorable tour. We decided to move around by subway and this was incorporated for us at the last minute with no problem. Great lunch selection also! Haseeb, please feel free to speak up more about all that you know about the visit points on your future tours!
Satoko was a great guide for our Golden Gai tour! She explained bit of the history behind the area and took us to a variety of bars that we would not have discovered on our own. We had a great time with her and the tour.
Unfortunately, we did not make it to the tour because of the plane delay. Owner Suemi reached out to us and honored a refund. We are disappointed that we didn’t make it because the reviews are great and I’m sure it would have been a great time. We will try next time when we visit. Mahalo Suemi for the awesome customer service.
Our family had a wonderful time preparing lunch with Saturo in his home. Saturo shared stories of his family and his background, and of his own introduction to cooking. His passion for making the experience fun made the class enjoyable for our entire family, and the meal we prepared together was delicious. We would definitely recommend Saturo's class for any visitor to Tokyo!
I highly recommend the tour! Our guide Sakura-San was the best! We learned so much and saw places we would have never seen without her guidance. Sakura San was so funny and educational at the same time. I recommend her tours without hesitation. She is a 5-star guide. I would like to try their other tours next time we are in Japan.
We had a blast with Yuki!! He's so easy to talk to and very entertaining! We booked our tour on our first full day in Japan which was awesome because Yuki helped us learn how to navigate the Tokyo subway as well as touring us to the best anime spots in Shibuya and Akihabara. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR!!
Toru was a fantastic host. He gave us a great overview of the past and present, all wrapped up with lots of fun, interesting info and photos. A fun small group of us listened, laughed, ate and drank our way around the old and new gaybourhood. Arigatou Gozaimasu Toru.
Our host, Aki- the well regarded Saki sommelier in Tokyo, was the most well informed and gracious host. The education equaled the fun! I most highly recommend this experience if you wish to get knowledge of saki and taste the differences.
Sikkii was a very obliging driver and spoke good English. He was also flexible in allowing us extra time at a restaurant of our choice. We could not see Mt. Fuji because of the weather, but despite this it was a very enjoyable day.
