Ueno Park was a lovely surprise near our hotel. It’s a peaceful retreat with beautiful trees, charming pathways, and plenty of space to wander. The museums and temples add a touch of culture, and the atmosphere is delightfully calm. A perfect spot for a leisurely afternoon stroll.

Spectacular museum of Japanese art. I only had time to go to one museum while I was in Tokyo and I’m glad I picked this one. The museum is large and the art on display is high quality. I know only a little bit about Japanese art but this museum made me want to learn more. Many items are national treasures and it feels special to spend time looking at them. Highly recommended.
