Absolutely stunning. The views from both observation towers were fantastic. You have a handful of trails to choose from ranging in difficulty level. The views across Puerto Rico are stunning, you can see to the Atlantic Ocean. You do need a reservation prior through the government recreation app but it only costs $2. Reservations are made available the day before at 8am.

You will hear many times that this is the world's best bioluminescent experience. You will hear and read that Guinness actually measured them all and agreed. Nice job, if you can get it.

Just a great beach, clean, unique, not over cry, water that will produce shades of blue, turquoise that you’ve never seen before. A great experience

A further drive than Caracas, but much better if you don't like waves, like my wife. The different areas are marked by numbered signs. Just pick one and drive down the parking area, making sure to leave yourself a way out.

Amazing views. It was apparently bought by a private owner and yes you do have to pay $10 to get in. The man was pretty spicy about the issue. The ocean was very angry when we went which created some awesome views. I would not recommend for younger kids as there are random holes that you could fall in. Be very careful and watch every step you take. The path to see the seven arches was hidden and we almost missed it. Worth the $ to see though.

We had to walk 100 meters or so to get away from the "crowds," but then had a strip of beach all to ourselves. Nice scenery. Clean water.

We stopped here for dinner after a bio-bay kayak tour. We sat outside and enjoyed rehashing the tour while we waited for our dinners. It's good that we had a lot to talk about because we waited a long time. We had fish tacos and grouper both with and without the shrimp on top. They were all very good, as were the beans. They managed our gluten-free and garlic-free needs beautifully.

We visited here yearly when I was a young girl and it was the most beautiful beach. I wanted my children to experience the beauty of this beach, but the area around it was kind of run down looking and in serious need of a paint job. The parking lot needs repaving and there was obvious damage by the hurricane, but the beach itself was just splendid….soft sand, blue water, and calm shores. Bought the best empanada ever on the beach and food at kiosks is good authentic food. Find your own coconut and they will chop it open for you to drink. Despite the run down appearance it was a beautiful afternoon on the beach.

The highlight of our trip. You can't park quite as far in because they closed part of the road after Hurricane Fiona. We all just wore our backpacks (with a 9-month-old) filled with food and water and walked to the lighthouse first. Stunning views in every direction that you must see in person. Then we had a picnic up there. Then walked down the hill on the left to Playa Sucia. What a beautiful beach. Absolutely gorgeous and not packed. We loved this area so much that we went back and spent another day. This time we packed dog treats because there are stray dogs begging for food. They are horrendously skinny. We felt so sad for them.
This beach is safe to swim in with turquoise water, powder soft sand, and little shaded spots you can settle into when not swimming.

Absolutely beautiful beaches, awesome smoking and cool views from the hiking. The hike to the lighthouse is a challenge, but worth it. The trip out on the boat felt like an adventure.

Two beautiful spots a short hike from the parking lot. Spend half an hour or a whole day there. There's a restaurant / bar at the parking lot. I recommend trying to go when no one else is there (weekday early morning or late afternoon)

It gets busy in the afternoon and HOT! The island is not back 100% so be patient. We had to use our room card or credit card and it is $$ but we were happy to have a private beach to ourselves.

Gorgeous beach! I would have given it 5 stars if there were lifeguards, but aside from that it was perfect.
