I’ve toured wine regions around the world with many guides for more than 40 years, but Paul is the finest I have ever had. His knowledge was outstanding and his selection of wineries and tastings was perfect. Somehow he seemed to teach three young people with limited tasting experience (18-21 years) and still value-add to me. A wonderful communicator. An unforgettable experience. - reid d1 contribution5/5 from start to finish. Pascal was an extraordinarily friendly and accommodating while providing very good bikes and excellent guiding. The routes were both interesting and challenging, which is what we were hoping for. He accommodated all levels and adjusted the program accordingly.
