The e-bike tour is a must-do experience. Note that it's not a traditional Sintra sightseeing tour; if that's your priority, this tour may not be suitable. You'll pass by notable spots quickly, and some attractions, like National Palace of Pena , Cabo de Roca, are viewed from a distance.

Our knowledgeable guide, Andre, is a Sintra local. The tour combines road and off-road biking, with breathtaking views through the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park and along the Atlantic Ocean. Regular breaks ensure a comfortable pace.

Lunch is served at Cafe Ocidente in Azoia. A family run small eatery.

Overall, the tour was fantastic and is highly recommended.

    However, there's room for improvement:

    - Lunch felt overly long; trimming the break could allow for a visit to Cabo de Roca.
    - Time spent on coffee in Cascais could be optimized to explore Boca do Inferno up close.

Minor adjustments would elevate this already exceptional experience.

I really enjoyed the tour. Regaleira Tour was very informative. We ate lunch at a local house with traditional Portuguese food. Amazing. Great day.

First off, thank you to Bruno and FlaminGo for still taking our reservation even though we were the only 2 people to book that day (Tuesday during slow season). We appreciate Bruno for being so knowledgeable about the city and history of Sintra. He was a great guide and very accommodating.

Our favorite part of the trip was standing on the back of the jeep and driving through the mountains along the coast. This was such a memorable and exclusive experience that is difficult to find anywhere. We would highly recommend this experience for anyone vacationing in Portugal. We took a train from Lisbon to Sintra for a day trip to make this tour and it was very worth it. So even if you’re not staying in Sintra, I would still recommend it!

We had the luxury of having Paula for two days in a row for my boyfriend and I’s first visit to Lisbon 😊 we warmed to Paula instantly with always her bubbly joyfulness. She is so committed to making sure we have the BEST experience, making effort at every second to keep the excitement flowing. On day one we visited the bakery Pastéis de Belém for the traditional Pastel de Nata, set off for Cascais for the Boca do Inferno and the Sintra-Cascais Parque Natural. We then went to Cabo da Roca and Miradouro Da Praia Do Caneiro for amazing views!! We had the pleasure of seeing both sunny and misty weather, both absolutely beautiful. She took us to a lovely place for Lunch where there was an array of eatery options to suit every taste. We went with the Thai outlet and it was absolutely delicious 🤌 throughout our time, Paula was very patient and let us have refreshments and allowed time for us to breathe in the scenery and take plenty of photos and videos.
Day two with Paula was planned throughout our first day, which is testament to just how much she cares for her customers to see all the best sights :) The second day Paula planned around us and was extremely patient as we had a kayak tour booked for Arrábida beach which she took us to, waited for us, bought us lunch and set off for the mountain with lots of coastline and wonderful views along the way.
By the end of both days we were satisfied that we chose this tour with kind Paula!!! ❤️
We will be back for certain

We booked a tour as a family with two teenage girls and had an amazing day in the Sintra area. Our tour guide, Pedro, was exceptionally well-prepared. Not only did he know a lot about the area, but he also made sure we had the best experience throughout the day. If you're not a port wine lover, don't worry—the tapas will make it enjoyable. We had a great day—thanks, Pedro!

Our tour guide on Sintra all-day tour, Miguel, was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and polite. He was recommended to my brother by a friend, who in turn recommended him to me. I’m recommending him to everyone. If you like seafood, you’re in for a treat. He will take you to a restaurant by the beach where you’ll have the best fish soup anywhere.

We had the most amazing day yesterday with Henrique Costa of Jummpy Tour’s. Henrique is from Sintra and everyone seems to know him which makes everything easier. We saw all the sites without having to walk for miles and wait in line! We feel like Henrique is an old friend, he’s so kind and patient. We were never rushed and he went way above and beyond to make our day special.

It was a brilliant experience by our guide, driver and companion. He gave us details and insights at the places we visited. The highlights were the amazing views, the private luncheon by locals and the way he made us feel that the tour was unique to us. You wont see the tourist sights like Pena Palace, but you get to see the real Sintra from the eyes of locals.

This tour was such a pleasant surprise. A great way to see the monuments of Sintra. It is also a great way to see the Sintra country side. An awesome experience if it is your first time in Portugal (and if you have been to Portugal)!

Leonardo has been a great guide, very nice tour and knowledge of the spots.
He brought us to have a tasty lunch on a local restaurant for great food and cheap prices.
Best tour had in the last years, thanks again Leonardo!

Our day trip from Lisbon to Sintra and Pena Palace was absolutely fantastic, largely thanks to our incredible guide, Flavio. From the start, he brought energy and enthusiasm, setting a perfect tone for the day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about Portuguese history and culture, which made the whole experience feel both educational and enjoyable.

The journey from Lisbon to Sintra was smooth, and Flavio kept us entertained with interesting facts about the area, the history of Sintra, and some local legends. Sintra itself felt like a step back in time—a magical, charming village surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful architecture. Flavio knew all the best spots for photos and took us to some hidden gems off the beaten path, making the experience even more unique.

Our visit to Pena Palace was the highlight of the trip. Flavio’s insights about the palace’s history, architectural styles, and the lives of the royals who once lived there made the visit come alive. He gave us ample time to explore the vibrant terraces and enjoy the breathtaking views over Sintra and beyond. The palace itself is stunning, but having a guide who could share the stories behind every colorful wall and intricate detail elevated the experience tremendously.

If you’re considering a day trip from Lisbon to Sintra, I highly recommend booking this tour. Flavio expertise, warmth, and dedication to his work make the trip truly unforgettable.

We arrived in Sintra with no clear plans and minimal time. We met Luis by pure luck and he took us to the Pena Castle and stopped along the way to give us wonderful history stories. He even took the time to show us Cork trees and eucalyptus trees, as well as other nature tips. He also showed us the Moorish Castle and told us of the many famous people who have stayed in Sintra.
In addition he took us to a nice cafe for traditional Sintra sweets and a light lunch.
He could not have been more helpful or nice!

My husband and I were in Portugal for a few days for our honeymoon and he decided to book this tour so we could make the most of the short time we were there. I started the day very tired from a lot of traveling but my energy and mood immediately lifted due to our amazing guide Diogo. He picked us up right on time- actually he was early and waiting outside our hotel in Lisbon. We started the day at Pena Palace and despite how packed it was, he expertly navigated the crowds so we weren’t stuck in long queues and able to soak in the beauty and history of the palace at a comfortable pace. Diogo was extremely professional and knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. He gave us amazing recommendations for pastries in the town square and when we asked for a suggestion for lunch and he took us to the most breathtaking restaurant overlooking a cliffside beach that was the highlight of my honeymoon.

He was so in tune with our energy and took us to a less crowded and peaceful location after lunch - Convento Dos Capuchos. I can’t put into words how healing that part of the tour felt for me. I have a bad knee and so the whole itinerary was perfect for me. I cannot stress how much we laughed and thoroughly enjoyed this tour because of Diogo. It felt like traveling with a longtime friend and I will recommend this tour and Diogo to anyone that wants to visit Portugal. We left with a deeper love and respect for Portugal and its vast history, cuisine, and wonderful people. Thank you for riveting conversations, and facilitating the best part of our honeymoon!

Joao is a great tour guide. He listened to our requests and tailored our trip to visit more remote, less touristy villages. He knows his way around Sintra and how to deal with the heavy volume of visitors in this area. (will go back in the off-season for 2 days at least.
