We had two kids with us and he made sure everyone enjoyed the experience! My husband ended up not feeling well and doing our last stop but he made sure we had medical assistance with us and to take care of him and we’re very appreciative! He was informative of our stops and visits. He made sure everyone was safe and accounted for through out the duration of the day as well. All around this tour was fantastic for everyone and having Hamlet as our tour guide was a huge part of that! - Beth S51 contributionsWe had a fantastic time at Xcaret, even with a few of the attractions (river tour and monkey island) being closed. If you aren't doing any of the additional activities then a day is plenty of time but just do a little of planning when you're there, I found the app really helpful because of the map. The show is absolutely worth the hype, it was incredible. We did the dinner with the show, the food was just okay but the staff were very helpful and you get really good seats. Wear comfy shoes (and water shoes) as we did 22k steps! My flight was delayed quite a bite and I attempted to reach out via text , trip advisor , and email and no follow up for most of the day which concerned us terribly. The time did apologize once we landed and advises someone would be to us with 45 minutes due to the delays and terrible weather . Shortly after 45 mintues we were picked up by a great driver and placed in the shuttle . We arrived to our hotel safe and sound . The communication for pick up was clear and on time . The drivers and Jorge the owner was kind and helpful . I would definitely recommend. My only request is possibly making access via what’s app messages or calls to be faster communicating. Sometimes writing messages to no responses can cause issues when traveling .
