It's brilliant actually. The Royal Pavilion feels totally out of place in Brighton. If you go to Brighton, this is the place you must see,Amazing and unique.

This was our first time in this area and it won't be our last. This is a city with lots of good reasons to visit and the lanes are certainly one of them. Far from your usual bland big name shops this place is full of individuality and it is great for just losing yourself as you were always discovering new things.

Independent bars, restaurants and shops dominate here and that's a refreshing change and gives it a unique character. The place is full of characters as well and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A couple of good pubs and then a meal in a wonderful French restaurant and none of them chains or big brands.

Great place to visit, lots of independent shops selling all manner of things you won’t find elsewhere. Also lots of coffee shops, bars and eateries. Well worth a visit for a browse.

Although not really our kind of place I really don't think any visit to Brighton would be complete without a walk up and down the pier. No matter what the weather there is always something different to do in see and it is good fun.

It is extremely well looked after and there are some nice touches along the way. For example, theextra seating for you to take a picnic or eat food from nearby concessions with great views.

There is a big mix of rides, restaurants, bars and so on and it wasn't too crowded when we were there. Obviously it is centrally located so you are handy for the town as well.

Great views of Brighton. Quite expensive for the experience as it doesn’t last very long. Expensive bar inside the pod.

In a way, this isn't the nicest beach as there isn't any sound and it is entirely made up from pebbles. Once you get past this however it has lots going for it and we were really impressed.

Our main day down by the beach was absolutely beautiful weather and it felt like being in southern France! A real Continental feel to it with lots of excellent bars and restaurants of an independent type which line the promenade.

You can rent deck chairs, some people were paddle boarding and of course there is a pier. Something for everyone and a great place to spend a day all longer if the weather is good.

Did a 20 mile hike to get here, the mountain itself is only about a mile but it is still a decent trek especially with the steepness. Once up there you get a grande view of all of Brighton and Worthing. The view is beautiful and the peaks of devils dyke look beautiful. It’s the perfect spot for a picnic or date, there’s also a pub both at the bottom of the hill and at the top so you have plenty of places to eat, we didn’t on our trek but it’s there for those who want it.

Beneath the cliffs along the Sussex seafront there are paths to take you alongside the beach.

Within Brighton there are different paths some on the same level as the beach and some are a bit higher.

The ones next to the seafront are well maintained however when I visited in January 2024 one of the paths higher up the cliff was closed.

You get some lovely views of the beach and the surrounding area including the piers and the marina.

Took my son here for a belated birthday present, we had a hospitality package at Bruno’s. From the minute we arrived we were treated so well. We were greeted with sparkling wine, had a fantastic meal, plenty of drinks and the staff were exceptional (big shout out to the retired events lady -Mary?)
I can’t recommend this place highly enough, it’s not cheap but the experience is fantastic.
Thank you so much for a great time, unfortunately my son is a Manchester United fan and we were at the last game of the season which United won 2-0!
    Such a fantastic experience!

I had a chicken dansak and Bombay aloo. It was the best I’ve had and I have one quite regularly at various takeouts. The chicken was cooked really well and not dry and the sauce was a great lentil mix of sweet and sour spices. I would recommend this place and they were super friendly.

Our guide was excellent. He had researched a lot of the history Brighton Police and was good at answering qyuestions. Next time that you want something to do for about an hour and a half in Brighton, for a very reasonable cost, please book a tour.
