Very knowledgeable on the county Kent with very interesting facts. Manon was an excellent tour guide’ Kept time and the group to adhere to time, so we reached London on time to watch the football match.

Five is perfect. The first problem for me was when I exited the London Bridge Station and stood under the Station sign for 30 minutes and no bus. I didn't have phone service to call Anderson Tours. A London worker was kind enough to call for me. I was standing under the wrong sign. I didn't know there was more than one exit from the tube station. The man escorted me the 2 blocks to the bus. Now if the directions had read to meet at the bus terminal at the London Bridge Station exit, I would have looked for bus parking area. Otherwise the locations were great. Not enough time at the White Cliffs of Dover especially if you wanted to see a large area or wanted to take pictures of flora, fauna, and a large section of cliffs. I appreciated the work of the tour guide and bus driver.

A very pleasant beginner's tour of the Cliffs and of the city of Canterbury.

I like that ours was a smaller group and that it gave you some reasonable time to wander off on your own while providing lots of great background information about the areas during the time spent together as a group. Darren was a great guide, had lots of energy and a very friendly demeanour.

Getting into Dover Castle and the Canterbury Cathedral cost extra, which was a bummer (I thought the Cathedral was included, the description of the tour was a little vague).

The Cliffs were BEAUTIFUL, but, on our tour day a huge fog rolled in and most of it was obfuscated within minutes. We were there for a goodly amount of time but thanks to the fog I BARELY saw the cliffs...not sure if there's a way to avoid that in advance, but, keep in mind that this might be a possibility for the tour. I would still recommend going, though. The hike along the cliffs was exhilarating anyway! DRESS WARMLY.

Overall, though, it was a very stress-free experience and if you don't want to drive, it's at least a decent cost-effective way to see some cool sights for a day (if you pack some food) (additional castle/cathedral fees aside).

This was a wonderful tour. Our guide Len made everyone feel comfortable, and we had ample time at Canterbury and the White Cliffs of Dover. Our lunch in Deal was nice as well. I highly recommend! The tour bus was a small bus, and I recommend getting there early if you want to guarantee you’ll sit together.

I did this tour as a birthday present to myself and was best decision. English culture is very special, especially with Sokol and Oliver as a tour guide and bus operator team. Oliver had so much personality and gave great historical references, and anecdotes. He was a character in the movie Spectre (James Bond). Within the tour Leeds Castle was beautiful and gave an intimate look into aristocratic life. Canterbury Cathedral was very memorable, especially with the story of Thomas Beckett, the first Archduke of Canterbury. The town itself is beautiful. A river cruise on the river Thames is also included at the end.

This trip was absolutely wonderful. The village we went to was fascinating, not to mention Canterbury Cathedral, and our guide, John, was perfectly knowledgeable and very personable. Loved, loved, loved it.

Frank and Sean were great!! I enjoyed the tour and what we all saw. The size was perfect for the day trip. I felt like I learned a lot and enjoyed my day. I wish we had spent a little more time in Greenwich

Our private tour with Eddie was absolutely the most amazing tour we have ever taken. Having traveled to many countries and places we have never had a tour guide so knowledgeable and charming. We saw so many villages we didn't expect to see. To say we were so impressed is an understatement, we were simply captivated. So much so, we're going to repeat the same tour next May with Eddie. Thanks for the Memories. Looking forward to seeing you in May 2025. Stephanie and Mary, Colorado Springs,CO, USA

This tour was such a perfect addition to our week in London. Wanted to get out of the city for a day and see more of the country. Our tour guide, Peter, was amazing! He was laid back and funny, but also extremely knowledgeable, he made the experience totally worth it!! We were a family of 5 with 2 young kids and he was beyond accommodating and tailored the day to exactly what we all wanted. Would highly recommend this tour!!

Guide was wonderful. Over 40 years experience teaching at Canterbury Uni and now guiding. Gained access to areas not normally seen by people who do not use this service. Highly recommended
