My favourite part was the upstairs gallery, so interesting and full of surprises
Only downside was although obviously disabled we were not told there was a lift so struggled up many stairs
The Abbey was beautiful, interesting, amazing

Leave lots of time so you can experience everything. It's great to be able to see inside and learn about history.

Visited the Shard last Thursday. Weather ideal and views fantastic! My friend played the piano at the top of the Shard! Chris, the guide, was excellent making it very entertaining while giving us information about the views.

One of my friends from London suggested I go see the Shakespeare Globe Theatre before I left, so I went - it was one of the best decisions ever.

This theatre offers engaging and informative educational tours led by an engaging yet knowledgeable tour guide named Matthew who, funnily enough, is also an actor!

Wow! If you are in London then don’t miss this spectacular railway station.
It was nearly demolished but thankfully it was saved.
The £800m renovation project around the early 2000’s transformed it into the most fabulous station with high end shopping & eating available.
    It’s truly stunning!

Popped along for a meeting. This was my first time visiting and the grandeur of the place is second to none. Food and drink were very reasonable priced and museum was a must. Open to the public for viewings and tours, will be coming back with the wife in the future.

Spending a couple of days in London, we decided to visit the Banqueting House on Saturday morning, after a gap of many years since we last enjoyed the building. Spectacular architecture by Inigo Jones and an awe inspiring ceiling by Rubens. Make sure you use the excellent free audio guide which brings the whole history of the building to life. Enjoy viewing the ceiling either via the handily placed mirror for the less able or for the more agile by lying back on the flexible bean bag style seating. Looking across Whitehall to the crowds jostling for the perfect selfie with the Horse Guards, all in the wind and rain, it seemed a shame that more were not enjoying this great building which has played such a big part in British history. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The setting, building and architecture are stunning. Even if your not going to an exhibition, definitely walk around the grounds or get a drink or a bite to eat and sit in the courtyard. The free exhibitions are not that great but the paid ones are. I went last night to see the paid Sony World Photography Awards Exhibition 2022. This was just beautiful. It finishes soon. Highly recommend. Easy to book tickets online. Clean. Staff are generally pleasant and friendly but lack knowledge if you ask them where things are! Funny as they work there. My main negative is the building layout. Not very clearly marked where things are. Exhibitions are good when you find out where you need to go. Clear and informative.

A most amazing building in the heart of the financial district. We didn't get to go inside but just seeing it close up is a delight. It is an iconic building and is known as the most civilised skyscraper in the world

A look into legal London, you can watch on-going cases, or walk around this majestic building. I think this is such a stunning building and combined with the authenticity of seeing cases in action, it makes this a very exciting and fascinating place to visit.

Terrific views of the city which presented numerous photo opportunities. We did feel under dressed, so keep that in mind. Don’t think we would do it again, but fun to check it off the list.

I caught a train into Victoria station and then walked to the Covent Garden area quite easily. Everything is within easy walking distance and steeped in some kind of history, so walking is always interesting.

The buses are just outside, as is the tube.

There are also lots of restaurants and shops inside, as well quick snack places for easy grab meals.
