Easy to use and lots of facilities. The original architecture is fascinating if you like history. The station was much bombed in the
    Blitz but it never closed

The journey was exactly as it said, quick on time. Down side is there is a long walk from terminal 2 to the station although terminal 5 was closer. I got a family ticket but you scan that and the gate only allows for 1 person to pass through not the whole group

We took the DLR from Bank to Cutty Sark and back. A good service overall with nice little driverless trains and good views. We could use our one day travel card.

Unfortunately the Eurostar experience has gone down the pan in the last 20 years. We traveled from St Pancras to Bruge with a change at Brussels. In our ignorance we assumed getting a train would be easier than flying, we were wrong. St Pancras is now overwhelmed with the number of passengers because of the shutting down of the Ebbsfleet and Ashford stations. Whatever the reason they took this decision has meant it is having a detrimental impact on customer service and experience at St Pancras. It took us 90 minutes to get through all the checks. At departure at Brussels we were then queuing again to leave the international part because the security staff were funnelling everyone through one at a time!!! They weren’t checking anything obvious just a sniffer dog sniffing around. It feels like the entire system is on the verge of collapse while still charging a premium. Think it’ll be a long time, if ever, before we consider Eurostar again.

The Train (both ways) had plenty of seating available and was easy to navigate, at Gatwick Airport and London’s Victoria Station.

It was comfortable and there were accessible charging points throughout. The journey was very direct, with only a few other stops each way.

Although slightly pricey, accepted as I was aware of it’s access into the centre of London, I would happily use this service again, recommending it due to it’s simplicity of use.

As train stations go it’s functional. Selection of shops and a nice pub to sit and wait in. Not as aesthetically pleasing as St Pancras but easy to read boards and open space. Platforms easily accessible.

Welcome to this diabolical sham of a station. Inadequate waiting rooms, lift works taking months. Limited or broken oyster tab in outs, and woeful stair capacity after all the billions spent on Crossrail. wT& one good point, the coffee kiosk

The Caledonian Sleeper - Seat Review.
The Caledonian Sleeper from Euston to Edinburgh, The train allowed boarding at least an hour & half early which was good, the carriage was very quite & seats were okay & reclinable but could of been better. They gave you a sleep kit with eye mask which was really good & ear plugs which didn't help much as the train was very noisy & over different junctions the train woke me up, breakfast was alright on here.
I would say it was just under average the train.

I ended up having to take this route to the airport and it was ok. Navigation not very well sign posted and took a bit longer but in fairness it worked. Cheaper than the Heathrow Express (but that’s not hard!).

Perhaps my least favourite Train station in London.
Even getting there from the Tube feels unsafe.
Considering how busy it is & the well healed people that must use it, it's pretty shabby.
    Even Peterborough Station is nicer!

Thought the tube train service was good but the train carriages were very tired, the buses were plentiful but regrettably the customer service shown by the drivers was poor. It was almost as if they hated to give any advice on destinations.

Paid first class price- big mistake- should have researched as no benefit other than a sticker on the window!
Commuter service accepted but so is EMR and they provide so much more on a journey half the time from London to Eastbourne.

I just got back from making a return journey from Sheffield to London St Pancras on EMR. Friends and family have recently travelled this route and complained to me about how dirty and worn out the carriages are. Having experienced it first hand I can only agree with them! After a couple of hours sitting in a grubby seat with worn out springs and compressed foam I feel like I've been beaten up!
EMR are currently running an advertising campaign with a cute stuffed toy mascot character in an attempt to convince the travelling public that travelling on their trains is 'fun' and 'relaxing'. The train was full with no spare seats today so it must be working but the reality is very different to the adverts.

    If i could give a minus figure i would…
If i could give a minus figure i would . We used them to travel to London from Norwich changing at Cambridge sat 2nd dec 23, before we even left Norwich IT WAS STANDING ROOM ONLY . We continued picking people up at every station to the point that even the toilets were filled with people and not able to be used as a toilet. On arrival at Cambridge we changed trains for London with the same situation people every where . We traveled a few stops and got to Harlow and told by the driver that due to the ice health and safety wont allow them to go any further we had to change again to another already full train WHAT ABOUT HEALTH AND SAFETY ON OVER CROWDED TRAINS VERY DANGEROUS . We had to finish on journey by taxi completely ruined our day. They need to put customers before profit a terrible company run by complete unprofessional money grabbing people .
