Whiskey tasting at the end was a great top off. Other 8 participants were a delight. Would recommend to anyone! John was a fantastic host, he gave us great information both on the food we were eating and the city itself. All the stops were gorgeous, and the tour is so intimate and you get to meet and get to know fellow travelers. It was so much fun and joanne really made the tour so special. - PaulDurham, UK1 contributionFirst ever food tour and what a great experience! Willie was our guide for the afternoon in Edinburghs old town. He was lots of fun and had some brilliant stories as we walked around. All restaurants were super friendly. My personal favourite was Cannonball where we were served up a delicious two course meal, a few nice quality glasses of wine and also local oysters. The whiskey stop was also another highlight for us.

She had great anecdotes throughout the tour and was very friendly. - Thomas B7 contributionsWe really enjoyed this experience. My wife and I were the only people signed up for this tasting, so it really turned into a private event. Sarah, our tasting director, was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She is the main reason for the five star rating. That being said, the whiskies were outstanding and being able to taste and compare scotch whisky from every region was a real treat.
