    Terrific day of Italian Bread making with Colin. Initially I was a little apprehensive about this activity because I had never baked anything in my sixty-nine years, and had little idea of what to expect. Kneading dough for the first time did not lift my apprehension. However, with Colin's relaxed, friendly and knowledgeable direction, I quickly relaxed into the baking vibe. What a great day we had. Lots of hands on and hands in bowls, flour, olive oil, yeast and so on. Our quartet of friends, under our conductor, Colin, were soon creating focaccia, biscotti, panini, and pizza. Enjoying bread you have made yourself is a great experience. Working with Colin is interesting, fun and funny. It was like a 'party' and the bread we made tasted fabulous. Thank - you Colin

    Great Scottish themed evening!
    Great home cooked food shared with great company! Delicious meal, lots of nice little personal touches as a surprise! Scottish theme was lots of fun! Turn up hungry as there’s plenty of food to go around!!

    Higly recommend!!! Fabulous
    Ru is a owner and teacher. She is absolutely lovely and a great person. She is also a very competent teacher and sweet woman. The school is fantastic and I have the chance to lear a lot expecially for the carving class.

    This is where they make the chocolate.
    Can only visit for a class or festival. This is their bean to bar factory. You can't just come and visit. Book a class online ahead of time. This is not the retail shop. There are two retail shops around Edinburgh but this is the company headquarters, not a store. Book a visit for this location online.

    A sunny September gin cruise
    Spent a fabulous afternoon on the canal with our host Jamie. The experience was the perfect mix of learning and fun. Jamie was knowledgeable and entertaining. Our fellow cruisers were warm and friendly and it was just a great two hours on a sunny September day.
    All the Scottish sunshine always makes everything better, it was great inside the boat, so I wouldn't hesitate to book another even in the autumn when it may be rainy - next up Run Cruise with the husband!

    Bespoke private tour Scotland
    Very disappointed with a bespoke private tour of 8 days organised by Lang Atholl for 6 visitors from France. The luxury car we ordered was not provided, the driver unable to use satnav and lost his way en route to each programmed destination. He had no file with tickets for a ferry crossing or venues already prepaid. He had no smart phone so we were obliged to use our personal phones to contact the agency to forward us the ticket information for each step of our trip. A very stressful holiday and we certainly could not recommend this tour operator to anyone planning a similar holiday in Scotland!
