What travellers are saying
- Marius POslo, Norway1,853 contributionsBeautiful church with great window murals. One older man working in the church told us the story of the church, the saint and how his funeral place changed the city.Written 15 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Philip CYork, ME598 contributionsAs museum junkies, we were really looking forward to learning some history of this particular guild movement in France as well as seeing some interesting common and well crafted objects. It was a good visit but it is small many of the objects seem like really well done class projects, and it took about an hour to go through the whole space. It's right in the heart of things but I'm not sure I would have been pleased if we had sacrificed some of the other more interesting and important sites in Tours to visit here.Written 6 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - DordelondraRomania39 contributionsLovely garden with long pathways and a few benches to sit and relax. We didn't get to see the greenhouse as it was only going to open at 2pm. Opening hours are not always obvious.Written 10 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Lenka HDoncaster, UK114 contributionsWe spent all day visiting different Châteaus around and our accommodation was only 5 minutes walk from this place. So decided to have a look at what it was. The children (9, 11) were put at the 17:30 time consisting of 3 courses lasting until 19:00 when closing. They absolutely loved it!Written 13 August 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- DordelondraRomania39 contributionsFrom the outside it is not obvious what this place looks like. - Philip CYork, ME598 contributionsWe're art museum junkies so we seldom pass on open beaux art museum if we have time. But with an average collection, one could pass this up. BUT, if you're looking for a pleasant spot to picnic and want to take a quick gander, by all means go!Written 21 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - gibson737Ottawa, Canada373 contributionsNormally I wouldn't review a tourist bureau but we dropped in twice to inquire about tickets to the Château de Chenonceau as the TI offers discounted tickets. When we return the next day to get them, a different agent asked my age and indicated that even bigger discounts for seniors were available at the Château so we left without buying them. And yes, seniors (and students) are about 25% less when you buy on site.Written 20 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
