As a concierge in the USA I am always looking for great tours to recommend to my guests who travel overseas and this is one I definitely will.
The sommelier was fantastic in describing the champagnes and being a great tour guide as we cruised along the river.

It may be more expensive than some tours but it's worth it for a genuine taste of Paris.
We went on the discovery tour and, wow, what a journey!

Lillia (sp?) originally from Florida was one of the best tour guides ever and I've traveled extensively and taken many tours.
When we booked the tour, it said the "small" group size could be up to 10 people (still better than the 25-50 cattle car tours), but our tour was only the four members of our family!

He does his best to make sure everyone in the group is happy, does a great job driving, and finds the right mix of giving information without talking too much or too little (and does multi-lingual tours).
I had three daily tours: Mont Saint Michel, Normandy landing beaches and Fontainebleau.

It was one of the best bike tours we've ever done!
The trip included a rich history of Monet and Giverny, train tickets, tickets to the Giverny gardens and a special tour of the best known living impressionist artist in Giverny.
