Traveling the world and going on wine tours is a passion of ours. I spend many hours finding the right tour for size, tour guide, places to visit, and cost. Provence and Wine tour and without exception, Romain the tour guide, was the tour to be on. We happen to have 4 on the tour (also, our 2 friends on the trip with us from the US) made an ideal size for maximum comfort and participation. Romain by far makes the experience from booking to pickup to drop off. During the vetting process, I send Romain some emails about what to expect, some specific wineries to visit, and little background of the group. He was very responsive with details and the wineries he could accommodate (he has a portfolio of relationships that he tailors the tour for you). We wanted a wine tour and not other stops that some have like chocolates, etc.
We visited 3 wineries in CdP and finished at a cave in an old village for some additional tasting (there is more to the story, but I’m not going to spoil the nice surprise). Lunch was incredible and another wonderful part for the day. I am a certified sommelier, but spending the day with Romain who is a higher WSET level 3 made the education in France wines and all the other details about it, truly an experience to remember.
We were on a wine tour a few days before in Lyon and buying and shipping good wine is not as friendly as we enjoy in the US. Romain has this part figured out too. He has a license to buy and ship wine and has established his own logistics system. This is a huge benefit for buying smaller amounts from different wineries that he collates into shipments that are much cheaper than the wineries do using MBE. We bought more wine because of this service he can provide.
Overall, the tour was everything we were hoping for. Special thanks to Romain for making it the memorable experience.

Great tour. Anna was very knowledgeable. Visited some beautiful spots that we would not have been able to get to on our own. Small group a plus

We were excited about doing a wine tour in Avignon that did not take up the whole day, so this was perfect. One note, though. Eat lunch beforehand as this particular wine tasting tour did not offer food pairings, just wine. Our guide was funny, knowledgeable, and made an extra effort to connect with all of us. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed and recommend this all day tour. Brigitte was a great guide. We were able to do walking on our own at each site which we enjoyed. Thanks for a wonderful day.

Arnaud was a very friendly and well-informed guide to three wonderful vineyards. He was able to explain many details about the region, its wines and the people who live there. We had a pleasant and tasty picnic lunch. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time (despite the heatwave!) exploring the art history of Provence. We stopped at Arles and St-Remy de Provence, but saw miles of beautiful countryside in-between. Our guide, Sylvia, was incredible! Her knowledge of Van Gogh and the region's history was amazing, and she made the tour feel very personalised to us. So grateful! As English speakers, the tour was very well adapted to help us get the best experience and Sylvia's English was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone interested in Van Gogh, or just new to the area. Thank you!

What a wonderful, wine filled day in Châteauneuf du Pape. Marlène provided a detailed history of the area and the wineries. She was very happy to share her wine knowledge and answer all of our questions. Plus lunch was amazing. Highly recommended.

Natalie was friendly and informative. The tour started on time. Her driving and organisational skills excellent. We were able to see three lovely historic towns and stop at a Lavender Field.

However, visits to the towns, especially Gordes & Rossillon were too rushed. As public transport is not available to Gordes, and if you do not have a car, a tour is the only option to see that historic town. Recommend tour is advertised as finishing at 3 PM not 2 PM and that the Gordes stop is for a morning tea break of at least one hour. Similarly in Rossillon in order to have lunch, take the ochre rock walk and view the town, at least one and a half hours is recommended.

Oliver was our amazing guide for this beautiful day. He was animated and informative. Our tour was in English, and there were only 5 of us total in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. Oliver personalized the tour, he was easy to understand, and you could really tell how much he loved Avignon, Provence, and all of our sights, especially the aquaduct.

We had a wonderful time with Oliver on 29/8/24.

The booking provided clear and easy meeting point instructions and everything ran smoothly.

The food tour in Avignon was fantastic. Our guide, Zahra, was so knowledgeable and engaging. She knew all the history and perfect spots for just the right view. The food was excellent, and the places we went to were a great selection for getting to know Avignon and the local cal cuisine.
I highly recommend taking this tour with Zahra!

The Half Day wine tour was very good. We enjoyed learning about Chateauneuf du Pape wines and the region. We loved the wine tasting and the drive through the towns.
