    Small group wine tour with great guide
    A great small group wine trip. Visited three great wineries and sampled great range of wines. Arnaud was very personable and generous with is knowledge of the local region. The lunch picnic was excellent with lovely local touches such as the eggs from Arnauds fathers chooks, the cheese from his local village and grapes from his garden.
    Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to sample some more interesting wines with an intimate group.

    A great introduction to Provence.
    This certainly was a full-day, Highlights of Provence tour! It is unlikely one could see so much in one-day, on-their-own.

    Our guide, Gordana, has led tours for 17-years, and her experience was evident. She is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of Provence and presented the information in an entertaining way.

    We appreciated the small-group (7 people) tour and having Gordana as our guide.

    So- so wine experience
    Our driver was really just transportation up to Chateauneuf Du Pape. She didn’t share too much about the region or the wine, a little disappointing. The two wineries we visited were great, though we waited 25 minutes for the first one to be available. After it was over, I felt like we could have done this ourself really.

    Very Enjoyable Wine Adventure
    This tour exceeded my expectations. Our guide Gordana started by providing us with a history of the region and information on the growing conditions for the vines. She was thorough, friendly and a good driver! We made three stops and were served generous tastings of the areas top wines, each stop worthwhile with the wines very impressive. We also had the opportunity to take a 'photo walk' in Chateauneuf-du-papes. It was a jam-packed afternoon of beautiful wines and interesting conversation. So happy we went.

    Exceptional Wine Touring, Tasting and Educational Experience
    Romain provided us an outstanding wine tour experience in CDP. We especially selected him because he is a sommelier and our expectations were exceeded. Romain is very personable and we enjoyed his company. He took us to a vineyard to sample the grapes and explain the soil and other elements of winemaking. Even though we are not wine novices, it was truly an exceptional educational experience, especially since we did not know much about French wine. The wineries selected were of very high quality and they literally gave Romain the keys to the winery, giving us a very personalized tour and tasting experience. Another advantage was being able to purchase the wines from each of the wineries we visited directly through his wine shop in CDP, which enabled us to package them as one shipment. The icing on the cake was the outstanding restaurant he booked for us to have a delightful lunch with spectacular views.

    Great Avignon visit
    Our guide, Lucille was wonderful in every way. She was knowledgeable and made a special effort to help me as I have trouble walking as fast as the rest of the group. I cannot say enough to complement her.

    Pelayo is a wonderful tour guide!
    The views were wonderful and Pelayo did a fantastic job of guiding us through the history of Provence while also giving us free time to explore on our own.

    Summer of 2023
    As a big fan of Van Gogh, I had a big expectation for this tour. However, it was not a good experience. The guide was a simple driver who fell asleep often while driving. She doesn’t seem to have much knowledge of Gogh’s paintings. We were given too much of free hours for a self-guided tour.

    Great Small group tour
    This was a good small group tour. Driver was timely, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The winery was fun and we learned some new things. We had plenty of free time to explore the castle and have lunch. I would recommend

    Fabulous morning tour
    Gordona was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. She is so knowledgeable and thoughtful. As it was Saturday market in Uzes, we could have spent hours there. We understand that these tours touch on several places that we can go back to later. Well worth your time.

    Roman beauty
    We couldn’t enter the Arena at Nimes as it was closed unexpectedly for a concert.
    Possibly expected a little more of a walk around with our guide, rather than just be dropped off and given a map and meeting point.
    The sites are amazing though

    Nice tour. We enjoyed it.
    We had a lovely day in Aix en Provence and Marseille on this tour. Saw and learned alot of interesting history and had time to explore a little on our own too.

    Private tour to VanGogh's Provence and Roman History
    We took this private tour with Veronica who was excellent. She is such a lovely person but so knowledgeable about Van Gogh's history. We had a full day visiting Les Baux de Provence, Arles, and the bridge at Pont du Gard. Veronica even stopped at a boulangerie so we could get sandwiches to take back to our hotel. She also helped with restaurant recommendations in Avignon. I can't give Veronica enough stars -- she made the day one of the highlights of our trip!!

    A day trip in the Luberon hilltop villages
    Firstly, it was so easy to communicate with ProVan tours. They were extremely prompt in responding to my inquiries. We went on a group tour with Nico who was charming. We went to four different villages and he explained the history and different charm of each one. When we stopped for lunch he recommended several different restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed this day and give it the highest ratings!!
