The private tour is worth the additional money as the tour guides know the less populace entrances and paths. You have the opportunity to receive more information without the stress of larger groups and crowds. We can’t thank Sabina enough for a great tour. The Alhambra is beautiful and fascinating. - joeyrm7Monroe, NJ409 contributionsWe booked this tour a few days in advance as they were one of the only ones on TA who had room, well maybe. The email that I received basically said thanks, we are charging your card and in the meantime let us see if we can secure tickets. 12 hours before the time I received a confirm, When we go there, our ticket was for one hour before the rest of the tour group. Our tour guide could not have been better. He made sure we knew exactly what to do and where to be to meet up again with the group. We sat for 45 minutes waiting for him to catch up which he did. At the end of the tour, he took us to see what we missed during that 45 minute wait. Way above and beyond what we expected.

- Malissa H60 contributionsThis site is beautiful. What you can see is well preserved and lovely. It really gives you a feel for what it once was. The history is very rich. You can see the Muslim and Christian influences. The gardens are stunning. I would recommend you go with a guide as you have different entrances and no lines. You also get to hear much more of the history. She truly helped us understand the history and significance of the Alhambra. Durante todo el día tuvimos como guía a @LuciaCaparros, la verdad que un encanto de persona y unos hizo una visita muy amena, contándonos con todo lujo de detalles la Alambra y las historia relacionada.
Super Aconsejable realizar la visita por las explicaciones y la calidad de las mismas. Por la tarde se ven los principales lugares el Albaicin, y también lo recomiendo se lo conoce muy bien y te lleva a sitios muy pintorescos. Además te cuenta muchos otros sitios que debes visitar de Granada.
Entre la excursión de la mañana y de la tarde te dejan una hora y media para comer, que te da tiempo a comer y poder visitar la catedral. Ya que tanto la excursión de la mañana como la de la tarde salen desde la agencia.
Aconsejo que se lleve calzado cómodo, si es verano llevar agua y protección para el Sol, por que la excursión es día completo
The Tour initially was planning for 5 people, but 3 people did not assist. So we had a private visit. Throughout all the day we had as a guide @LuciaCaparros, lovely person, she made us a very pleasant visit, telling us in great detail the Alambra and its histories.
Very Advisable to make the visit, with Lucia Caparros for the explanations and the quality of them. In the afternoon we visited the main Albaicin places, and I also recommend it, she knows the place very well and takes you to very pictures places. She also tells you many other places that you should visit in Granada.
Between the Tours, morning and afternoon, they leave you an hour and a half to have a lunch and rest, which gives you time to eat and be able to visit the cathedral. both excursions, morning and afternoon, leave from the same place, the agency.

A helpful assistant at the audio guide stand called & managed to get My Top Your to send me the email they had failed to do in advance. 1. l could not find my group, I stayed in front of the restaurant where they said
2. Did not receive any call about this reservation, when I asked a few times why they didn't call me, I was ignored
3. Could not find the phone number in the 3 emails that they sent me
4. In the end I find the number, someone said the guide will come to find me in front of the restaurant la mimbre, but then in 20 minutes NOBODY came
5. I left next day and won't be able to visit Alhambra
THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
Moral, book yourself or use another service.
