What an incredible day we had. Starting out at a market, getting fresh ingredients from the locals, learning and tasting things whilst getting to know Marco. We then went to his wonderful home and into a kitchen, designed for teaching and used quality knives and kitchen equipment, to make our delicious food. We learnt so much, while having great conversations, laughs and getting involved in every aspect of cooking. Then sitting down and enjoying the meal, with wine and great company, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will come back, and do it all again and learn something new. Marco is an exceptional chef and great guy that is so welcoming and friendly! Highly recommended and definitely don’t miss this.
