Very sobering and informative site about the life of Anne Frank and her family and a poignant reminder of the atrocities of WW2 and Nazi persecution of the Jewish people.
This was one of the best things about visiting this fantastic city....the information was lovely and informative, excellent views and spectacular insight.

These three canals make up the UNESCO World Heritage Site - Grachtengordel and each are a pleasure to walk alongside or visit by way of canal boat rides, which are readily available activity in Amsterdam.
The sights are amazing and the peacefulness of the water will make a very memorable trip.

It is a great walk and you pass many unique sites including Magere Brug( and other bridges too), the city Hall, the Opera House, and the Koninklijk Theater Carre.
The city is, obviously, full of canals and this one delivers with everything a visitor would want--bridges, boats, street art, bikes, and views of historic homes, shops and churches.

Unfortunately (from my point of view) the number of coffee shops (where soft drugs are sold) is increasing.

A lovely visit and a great insider view of one of the canal-fronting houses, this stop-off really coloured our sense of Amsterdam's history on the very first day of our trip there.
Very uncrowded, and can get close views of art, furniture, china, and other antiques.

An Outstanding Landmark in the Wonderful City!
The tower climb is open until the early evening in the summer and is spectacular, both for the close-up view of the bells and also for the amazing view from the platform near the top over much of Amsterdam.
