I really enjoyed this museum. It's huge and it took us 2,5 hours to walk through it. Also, fans of the Show Killing Eve will love seeing the two masterpieces that were shown in the show. Not boring at all

Seeing the Anne Frank house is a horrifying but important and eye-opening experience. You not only get to see where the family hid but also hear their stories and get a fascinating look into their lives before and after. It left me with a big lump in my stomach, but I would still definitely recommend it. But prepare yourself that it's a tough experience as well. Also, book tickets in months in advance - they sell out fast!

So much to see. The amazing artistry of Van Gogh is on full display in this well laid out and fascinating exhibit. Cannot wait to go again.

    An interesting 'museum'.
Nice people, especially Arjen, he was almost as funny as my own husband :-)

We visited Moco seeking new experiences in art and were met with variety and inspiration! Although the museum appears modest in size from the outside, it is packed with many types of art, including creative digit art that all ages are able to appreciate

Rembrandt's house, built in the 1500's. It's mind-bogglingly luxurious for its time and one appreciates that Rembrandt really enjoyed the finest things in life. The self-guided audio tour is excellent and easy to operate. Be prepared to climb narrow spiral staircases (5 or 6 of them) to get to the top. There is also a fine display of etchings, some by Rembrandt but most inspired by him. They are from an independent collection bequeathed to the museum.

This is really a hidden gem and has a sense of history & place and atmosphere. It seems to be stopped in time but still a working church. Well-recommended.

Lovely place, very extensive yet entertaining. The replica of the old ship is great, and the 3D trip to former days' Amsterdam was impressive. The museum is very well suited for both adults and kids.

The first 2 floors are mainly a fun approach about science for kids, which would remind you of a playground, the upper 2 floors where more intersting for adults with different facts and things to see, like a lab.
Visited with the I am amsterdam city card.

Although small, the museum is the only one of its kind and definitely worth doing if you’re interested in biology or science.

I don’t want to post a lot of pictures of exhibition, you should check yourself. But I will say that cafe is 2.5/5, very expensive and not very delicious.

I was literally blown-away by how incredibly detailed, well-organized, and thoughtful this museum was. I used the English language headset and pushed every number in order and learned so much about this small country's war experience which has often been over-shadowed by other fronts. An experienced traveler who has been in hundreds of museums and art galleries around the world, this was a gem worth finding and worth the 2+ hours I spent there.

An interesting (and more relaxed) alternative to the more famous (and much busier) museums and galleries nearby. As you might expect for a museum of this kind, the exhibits are rather hit-and-miss, but there is plenty of material on display, and so there is highly likely to be something memorable and interesting whenever you visit. Personally for me visiting in May 2022, the exhibition of work by Hito Steyerl was definitely the highlight.

I came here with my little girl who is 7, but she was a bit scared by some of the things (the picture of the spider was the clincher). It is a really good attraction though. I enjoyed it, but left early.
