you have to pay like 15 euro for an umbrella and beach chairs but i think thats normal, so we were fine with it - maybe if you walk a little further you can find a region without umbrellas and chairs where you can lay without paying. the day we went there they had a giant inflatable castle or something like that in the water so it was not as natural/untouched as some of the photos show. we enjoyed it anyways.

This beach is great. Great authentic Italian feel with friendly people. Good sunbeds and cheap hire for kayak and pedlos. The big inflatable in the sea was so much fun. You need to go here 100%

Great views especially at sunset, you can go just at the edge of the water, really wonderful, no swimming allowed, there is a cycling patb around it as well.

Nice to visit especially in the evening ( they close at 18h, but you can stay and visit until 18h45). Especially the viewpoint is really wonderful, nice museum and interesting excavations of which there is still a lot to discover. Really special place.

You can have fun under the sun, the staff will take of everything.
I had been there multiple times, without and with family, plenty of room to play beach tennis, volley ball, soccer, without bothering whoever wants simply to relax.
They have good showers, and all you need, including a bar with friendly staff.
Over the weekend it can get very crowded due to the adjacent motor home parking, but over the weekend there are NO lonely place especially in Tuscany.
Not a five star review as the sea water is not Cristal clear.

I ve been there already twice. Once for a ride and the second time to stay a little not with the horses. The owners are really nice and they love their animals the fâcher of the owner was already a horse breeder ad now his son..
The horses don t live In paddock as In big cities we are uses to see... they eat outsider and live a country side life.
If you have kids or you are unexperieced don t worry they ll be glad to help you nove your first step into the horse world.

Great view, but the Rocca itself average. Just a short walk from the center, slightly uphill. Worth to visit at sunset.

Gea, our family dog, can't write her own review so i'm doing it for her. This is probably the most fabulous doggy beach in the world but I also enjoy the walk through the pine forest on the way! I am impatient to swim so try and get off it as soon as I smell the sea in front of me. As a golden retriever I am probably the swimming champion and sometimes have to knock of little dogs trying to swim along attached to my tail! Water is provided for us, as well as umbrellas and beds for my family.

My teenage children and I loved our visit to Cosa. The ruins are on top of the Ansedonia hill, with commanding views on the the sea, the Maremman countryside and Argentario. We started the visit at the small museum, guided by a knowledgeable and lovely museum guide (ask when you buy your tickets). The highlight of the museum for my teenage kids was the skeleton of the 18 year old Roman woman and the related medical mystery.

After the museum, we walked around the site. The temple at the top of the hill is quite amazing. It's crucial to first visit the museum thoroughly in order to understand what the various ruins are.

The whole things costs 1 euro per adult and is free for kids!
