My husband and I were in Liguria for a week in July and had the pleasure of meeting Roberta for a home cooking class. Roberta taught us to make the best pasta we’ve had in Italy or elsewhere (and we have sampled hundreds of various pasta dishes around the world). She is incredibly knowledgeable about Liguria and Italian history and culture, which helps understand the beauty of Ligurian cuisine even better. Roberta is a very accommodating and generous host! We loved our experience of preparing a primi, secondi and dessert with her!
Such an amazing experience! Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to take any tours with Roberta, but I am certain they are fascinating! We highly recommend Roberta’s company!
