Seeing and being a part of the cheese making is only part of the experience. You truly feel like family, like you’re sharing a table with them. They provide samples of different cheeses and wine after the class as well. I bought a few cheeses to bring home too! He knew exactly how to avoid the crowds and maximize our time. His depth of knowledge was vast, and he was completely committed to making our time in Pompeii the best it could be. Lunch and wine tasting was delightful as well! You will not have a better experience than with Fabrizio! They were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The swimming stops were refreshing, and the free time in Capri was perfect for exploring the island. While I had originally made a mistake in booking, the company proactively reached out to work out a very fair solution. We arrived from the Amafli coast area for our flight ahead of schedule.

He made the tour feel like it wasn't a routine tour but was special. We traveled down the coast from Naples to Sorrento and it was absolutely gorgeous! Our stop for swimming was amazing and we never felt rushed for time. He cooked us a very tasty meal and provided us with beverages throughout the trip. We stayed in Italy for 2 weeks and did other tours, and this was by far our favorite. We felt like we got a taste of the true Italy. Our mother has difficulties getting around and they went out of their way to make sure our family was taken care of. The tour was great. Snacks were delicious.
