    interesting store/workshop for hand painted ceramics
    We wanted to see some of the famous ceramics of Faenze. This place was quite interesting and the owner/artist was very friendly

    Nice town
    Ravenna is a very nice town for a relaxed vacation. There are beach facilities, with usual beach facilities, like big parasols and beach chairs to rent. Ravenna has an unique facility in town, wherever you go or sit there is free access to Wifi all over the town - an incredible facility.
    Worth visiting is everyone of the churches, a nice not too exciting shopping area. All in all it seem to be perfect for family vacation.

    I like to visit this place when I am in Cervia (15min bike ride) to see the newest items from Department Five.

    one-of-a-kind souvernirs
    Happened upon this small shop-sure, they have magnets, earrings etc., but the difference is these are all hand-made in a family business of artisans. I spent time looking at Dario's hand painted marionettes, dolls, and other wonders.....wishing I had more money. Just a short walk from the Basilica in Via San Vitale.
