Long day but we’ll worth it. Kata Tjuṯa and Uluru are both awe inspiring. The bbq at sunset is something that you remember forever. Highly recommended your

Emu Run's tour of the West McDonnell Ranges was a highlight of the trip to Alice Springs. The day is jam-packed full of incredible places and Filippe (our guide) provided an informative and friendly narration as we travelled through the beautiful landscape. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a fabulous day.
Hope to do this tour again in the future.

I did the 5 days Camping Safari in Mid October. It was a wonderful and stunning experience. Nature in the Red Centre is so unbelievable great and beautiful and I felt lucky and happy to experience it for a couple of days (and nights!) Our group of 14 people was guided by Billy, a very kind and absolute profi tour guide who seems to know every tree and stone of the region, shared his knowledge with us, drove the truck and provided good food three times a day. He was just gorgeous! Every night we slept at a different camp ground, two of them were tented, the last two nights we slept in a swag under a sky full of stars. The camp ground facilities had their week points, especially the kitchens should be much better maintained. We found leftovers from previous groups there and hygiene was disgusting. That was the only week point of the tour. Usually we woke up at 5:30 am, watched the sunrise while listening to the sinfonie of nature around us. After breakfast we went for a hike, usually between 2 and 3 hours. Lunchbreak around noon, then we packed and drove to the next campground where we arrived in the late afternoon or early evening. We saw and walked sites as Uluru, Kata Tjuta, Kings Canyon and West Macdonnell Ranges. I can highly recommend this tour. There is no luxury, it‘s all vey basic and close to nature and that’s exactly the good thing. I think its the best way to experience this very special part of the country.

A wonderful experience and one of the absolute highlights of our Australia trip! Great team and great pilots. There is not that much to see in this area but the experience itself is outstanding!

Durable and safe 4WD coach with air con. Jimmy is entertaining- adult themes and edgy vocabulary (Crocodile Dundee meets Kel (Kath & Kim) helped with building friendly spirit and banter with the 20 guests. The walk along Palm Valley (following the 4 wheel drive bump of rock and sand ) made for a great day.

Ash was brilliant, very personable and the places seen were great with very good presenters. Gave an excellent insight into how Alice Spring was the heart of the nation and what great pioneers the women of the outback were.

We took this shuttle in both directions and can thoroughly recommend it . There were plenty of breaks and lots of good commentary. The only improvement would have been if all passengers and the driver had been required to wear masks - there were a few people coughing and sneezing. People forget that Uluru is over 400km from Alice.

Mahesh was so knowledgeable and the tour was extremely interesting.. we feel we got a great overview of Alice Springs and it’s history in the afternoon. A must do if you want a half day experience plus a lovely snack set up in the bush. Highly recommend.

I escorted my elderly parents on a trip to the Red Centre and this tour was one of the highlights of our stay. The SEIT office team were very friendly and helpful then the tour itself was fantastic. Our guide Michele knew so much about the area & the history and he shared that knowledge in a fun, engaging way. He was also kindly attentive to my dad with his walking cane, speaking italian to him occasionally while never neglecting the rest of the group. We enjoyed all the stops, including the huge salt lake, cattle yards and the various views of the impressive Mt Conner. Watching the gorgeous sunset uncrowded, in a happy little group with drinks and nibbles was very special. The bbq dinner at the station afterwards was great and we all chatted merrily around a big table. This tour was definitely worth it and I hope to return one day!

This was a simple way to get us back from dropping our van off in Alice to our cheap flight home from Uluru. Overall, it was a good service, but the driver was extremely rude which really brought down the mood. We were the first people to be picked up in the morning, and she called us 10 minutes before our scheduled departure time asking where we were (we were inside the hotel). She then berated us for being 'late'. She did this to several other people, and also tried to leave a passenger behind at a road stop because she was 'late' coming back. The driver's phone is set 5 minutes fast but she insists that it is everyone else who is wrong. Ultimately, her goal is to make sure the people on the coach who are doing a tour get there on time, which is good I suppose. As I was sitting near the front I could also hear her say pretty awful things about previous customers which made me uncomfortable.

If I was in the same position again I would still take this transfer due to how easy it was, but I probably wouldn't enjoy it.

Great adventure, knowledgeable guides and lots of fun. We were there on a night when a bit storm when through. Rain, lightning and thunder but the show must go on. Once you got past being a bit damp it was well worth a visit. Animals where amazing
