the kids enjoyed the ride itself and the adults enjoyed the sites of the city from above. in the evening you can see the lights of the main monuments, like the basilica or the palace across the river.

It is worth it though to see the garden but also the views of the city and the Budapest statue.

The square is a superb place to just chill out in and unwind and take in the stunning views across The River Danube to Buda side and admire the splendid architecture of Fisherman's Bastion and the Castle district.

Perfect location to see the sights, excellent food, magnificent stay!
Having bathed, we walked up the Gellert hill to see the statue of Liberty (20 mins walk?) to round off the experience with amazing views of the Danube - all doable within an afternoon.

It's quite easy to find ,as you exit Elisabeth Bridge Pest side turn right and the spires come into view, located by Eotvos Lorand University,you will find this church on the street called Papoevelde Utca.
This Baroque-style church was built in 1742 on the site of a Turkish Mosque.
